Our AC unit went out on one of the hottest days in the summer and I reached out to Comfort One for an emergency service request. Tasha responded to my urgent request within an hour. She was able to squeeze in my service request on the same day. Angel diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly. I appreciated the excellent customer service (friendliness, flexibility and responsiveness). I had a great experience and I will highly recommend Comfort One to friends and families!
Spectacular Outfit. My 20 year old packaged HVAC unit needed to be replaced. I had used Comfort 1 in the past to repair the old unit and was very happy with their service. They gave us a competitive estimate on a good quality Bryant unit. During the install they discovered some major (like fire hazard major) issues with how the ducting was installed years ago. Brian and Angel spent 2 days reworking the ducts and return in order to make the system safe and much more efficient. Brian fabricated new connecting boxes and Angel had to crawl around under our house and in the attic for hours on end. I was ready for a big additional charge as this work was not originally quoted. Well... there was no extra charge. Brian has to be the most honest guy in the business! Comfort 1 is a smaller outfit who does not do a lot of ads (so you may have never heard of them) but once you find them I am sure you will continue to use them.

I am very impressed with this company! I had AC service done. While they were doing the work my AC system sprung a leak. It was not their fault! It was due to shoddy work and welding by a previous company! Brian the owner immediately fixed the problem at no additional cost. This prevented us from having to suffer 😎more Sacramento hot days. We're very grateful for this. Brian and his technician came in on a Saturday morning at 8:00 after his technician left late the night before. Very impressive and I'm looking forward to purchasing my new system through Comfort one. Would recommend them highly.😃

They came immediately and started work right away to replace my ancient ac heater at the most affordable cost when in a middle of a heat wave. They are totally professional and accommodating. Such nice good people. Their price was $3000 less than another company who bragged that they had superior equipment when in fact Comfort 1 put in better quality unit. Highly recommend them.
I called a lot of companies before using Comfort One. They all belly ached and said they would not fix my AC. Another company came out and said they wanted almost the cost of the AC to fix it. Comfort One came out and fixed it in no time for a really fair price and it's still working!
