Very timely and accommodating. Professional and experienced. Even went out of their way to get a part they didn't carry (my system is older) and install it after hours to fix it. Super affordable and highly recommend!

Tech was great. He showed up the very next day after I called at like 5pm the night before. He was courteous, clean, got in and out pretty quick, explained everything to me nice and clear and simple, and they weren't ungodly expensive. Good experience overall.
They did great work
Combs was responsive when I had an HVAC unit quit working. They were able to come next day (July 9, 2021). The technician was respectful. The problem is they want to make a quick buck and not diagnose a problem. My unit was low on Freon, which they fixed, but they made no attempt to find a leak. They then charged my wife over $300 and left. I called the office and asked about trying to find a leak and was told the customer service manager had serviced my unit and they would have him call. I have heard nothing else. 10 days later, the unit is low again and stopped working. This time, I had a technician I trust come look. Within 5 minutes he found a massive leak in the coils that is not repairable. Combs had me waste $300 and did not even look for a problem that exposed my family further to a Freon leak. Needless to say, I will be using the guy I trust, and not Combs, to put in a new unit.
If you need heating and cooling work Comb's Heating and Cooling will take care of you. Great customer service and reasonable prices.

I recently called upon Combs H&C for help after hours 11:00 pm. Their emergency service man Don arrived at my house in about 15 minutes. He was very curtious, kind, and very knowledgable. He quickly found the problem with my carrier furnace and had it back in service in about 30 minutes. The service manager should be very proud that Don works for them as he definitely makes their company shine !!
misdiagnosed sent technician out a second time knowing what issue was because thier is on 2 part that could cause the issue. Then had to call a third time to get them to order part that should of been ordered the first time. Took three week just to get blower motor replaced. No since
Technician Donnie came & fixed my mom's air conditioner on service call. He was very nice, knowledgeable & efficient. Would recommend this company for anyone's heating & cooling needs.
Extremely disappointed with this company. Our air conditioner went out during the hottest week of the summer. We have an infant. They came out and diagnosed the issue, collected the payment and we never heard back from them again. We called MULTIPLE times and no one ever got back with us. So, we went with a different company which diagnosed and then fixed the issue the VERY next day and treated us as an emergency since we have a baby.
