Columbus HVAC was able to do a full install of all new furnace and AC for under HALF(!!) the cost of a local competitor's quote. Could not believe it. Ryan is super professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get a crew out to us very fast when my AC went out during the hottest week of the year! Very thankful for Columbus HVAC! Will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!
Found Ryan from my previous heating & cooling guy. Ryan is always on time. He has even called me from his previous job to inform me he is on his way & showed up earlier than stated. Very reasonable. Last service call was $79.00. I recommend him to everyone.

My hot water tank started leaking and they did an awesome job with the installation of a new tank. It’s working perfectly and when they left, it’s like they wasn’t even here. No mess to cleanup and I appreciate that. Highly recommend and will use them in the future.

I had AC installed and I was very pleased. The service was exceptional and the pricing was unbelievable. The work was done in a timely manner and Ryan was extremely polite and professional. We moved into a home with a dated unit only to have it fail and completely stop producing heat within 24 hours of being moved in. So a total nightmare basically, and an extreme cost up front we were not ready to incur as homeowners that quickly! In a panic I had a big name company come out that offered a repair to my 2005 furnace or replacement quote- the repair being around $3200 with no guarantees, and an estimate to replace the entire HVAC system at 10-12k minimum. I was given Ryan’s number on referral, and he was able to come assess within hours and have a quote sent that very day (Friday) and a new complete system installed by Monday. He was prompt, courteous, and very communicative through the process- not to mention blowing the pricing out of the water of his competition. I can’t thank him enough for getting us up and running quickly and with confidence in his work. I’d recommend him to anyone in the area needing work done on their HVAC!
Ryan stopped out and was great! He was able to diagnose and fix the issue within a couple minutes. He assured me that should we have any further issues he has technicians in the area that can stop out and help!
Columbus HVAC is top notch. Called late afternoon on a Sunday and a tech was here within a couple hours to look at the furnace. Our issue was the burners weren't staying lit, so the tech did some cleaning on the unit and it started working again. Our AC and Furnace were both 20 plus years old and so we had them install new ones on the following Tuesday. Showed up on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Efficient and clean. Both units took about 4 hours total with one technician. Highly recommend.
My heat wouldn't turn on and my apartment was getting colder and colder and I needed someone to come repair my heating system ASAP. I couldn't get an appointment with any other companies that I tried contacting and they had no sympathy for my situation. When I called Columbus HVAC, they were able to get a technician to come out to my place within 2 hours. He identified the issue and fixed it very quickly. I'm very grateful for how quickly they responded. The technician also repaired part of my thermostat that was installed improperly by someone else to prevent future issues with my heat. Payment was extremely easy as I had an option to pay through Zelle. I would recommend them and use them for service in the future.
