Had a whole house fan replaced and a bathroom fan installed. Everyone was very professional. Jordan, our installer was here about 5 hours. He was great and left everything clean. Quote was comparable with other companies. Love our new QUIETcool fan!
We have been extremely happy with our experience with Colorado Home Cooling. Living in the Denver metro area we have seen, as has everyone in this area, a significant increase in our electric bill. Also, with warm summer temperatures we have had some difficulty in keeping our house cool during the hottest part of the day. Rather than spend money replacing our older air conditioner, we decided to consider changing out our whole house fan, which was installed at the time the house was built in 1980. Although this fan worked reasonably well, it was extremely loud and not terribly efficient. Since it was located outside of our master bedroom, we decided to try and find something quieter. We called Colorado Home Cooling to have them come out and discuss whether replacing our existing whole house attic fan made sense. They spent quite a bit of time examining our current system and assessing for appropriate ventilation for a new system. We ultimately decided to move forward with a Quiet Cool stealth pro 6.0 whole house fan. They removed our old system and placed the new whole house fan which is working great and is a ton quieter. We are able to cool the entire house down within 10 to 15 minutes in the mornings and evenings, and we can also draw cooler air up from the basement. The team did a great job cleaning up afterwards, and explaining use of the system to us as well. Although it’s only been one week so far, we haven’t used our air conditioner once since we replaced the fan!
This company installed a "whole house fan" for us in 2018. They did a great job, and the fan has been a big improvement in keeping the house cool at night. Recently I had them come out and make sure that everything was working well. (Sounded like animals were having a fight over the vent last fall-not sure what happened but wanted to make sure fan parts were not disturbed). Technicians were prompt, courteous, and left everything clean. Would highly recommend this company.

They installed an attic fan that works great. On time. Fast installation. Cleaned up after themselves. Helped me load the app on my phone to control the fan remotely and set everything up. The fan keeps the attic cooler on hot days so the A/C works less. Good investment.

This 5 star review is for Carl and Brady. They are super nice and professional. They explained everything really well. We ran into placement issues for my whole house fan and Carl was quick to come up with a plan to mitigate. If it weren't for them I may have used a different company. Give these guys a raise or a vacation, they deserve it.
