Have used this company several times with no issues. Called them two days ago and left two messages to schedule service on my furnace and have not received a response.

Prompt and professional. Our a/c went out and they were able to send someone the same morning I called. They are great to work with. I got text updates about the status of our work order and the tech, Marcus, was very polite and professional. Would absolutely call them again for any HVAC issues.
Jason at Colorado Craftsman is honest, and he knows his stuff. He kept our washing machine limping along long after it should have been placed in the trash heap. He never over-charges, and stands by his word. I highly recommend these folks.
I was given poor customer service on the phone. I was brushed off when I asked for a copy of a existing estimate. So sad for you folks. It is not cool to mistreat your prospective customers. Thumbs down...boo Colorado Craftsman.
These guys are awesome, we had called around to a few other places and they were weeks out. I called at 12:30pm on Friday and they had a technician at my house by 3:00pm the same day, and the system was fixed by 3:30 or 4pm. Honest, fast, reliable, and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I have any HVAC needs.
We had our furnace stop working a week ago. Marcus came out and found the problem. He got the parts that were needed and got our furnace working. He was personable and took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix it. Everything went great. Plus, they are very responsive on the phone. Thank you!
Colorado craftsman should be the first people you call to come check out your furnace if you're having problems. They are most concerned about providing you excellent service while maintaining a high level of integrity so money seems like the last thing they are after. Call them first to help you solve your problems.
My A/C fan stopped working, so I called them and scheduled appointment next morning. Marcus showed up on time, and fixed my broken AC capacitor in no time, and at a great price after diagnosed the problem. And he did a check on the remainder of the system, and answered all of my questions. Very friendly and highly recommended!

Our Leasing Office sent this contractor to service the AC for our townhouse. We were notified the day prior to the service that Marcus would be the technician. The following day an incoming call from Michigan showed up on caller ID. It was Marcus confirming our appointment. Confused, I watched as Marcus arrived in a personal car, no signage, and a ton of personal gear stacked to the ceiling. I soon learned it was Marcus. When asked for his business card, I was told his firm goes paperless. This also meant he never once wrote down or recorded any readings or findings, and no record of the equipment status was made. He lacked any ID and badge and the young man seemed ill prepared lacking essential equipment to perform the service. At one point, when asked about how he intended to correct the issue for which he was contacted, he gathered his things and advised he needed to go outside to make a phone call. Several minutes passed and I finally went outside to check on him, I learned he had driven off. He failed to answer his phone and a call to the main office was just as useless. Having explained that Marcus simply walked off the job, they were uncaring and failed to provide any explanation or update on completing the work. We never heard from anyone, including management. Do yourself a favor and seek service from a PROFESSIONAL HVAC firm! We did.
Called them on a Monday morning, they where with me in under 2 hours. Marcus was a diligent professional, and completed thorough fault finding to cross off possible causes. When he found the issue he applied a solid fix.
Absolutely outstanding service from Marcus! He showed up towards the beginning of the time window and was finished within 30 mins. He checked out the remainder of the HVAC system and gave me a lot of information. I will be using Colorado Craftsmen for everything here on out.

Colorado Craftsman have demonstrated excellent customer service, patience and talent by helping resolve a problem I had. I was frustrated when another professional wasn't able to fix my furnace and skeptical to try another company out because I had received disappointing service. However, my entire experience with Colorado Craftman from start to finish was superb! I have a demanding work schedule that gave me a small window of availability but they accommodated my timing. They educated me on the problem I was having with my furnace and were honest and reasonable with their rates. I saw integrity and it was such a breath of fresh air to have them in my home, especially after my previous experience. Next time I have a problem with my furnace or another appliance, I will most definitely give them a call again. Thank you!
Jason and Colorado Craftsman is as good as it gets! He came in, identified the problem with our dryer, and offered a very fair price. Jason was super affordable and efficient in his work. I would definitely recommend using this company for anyone that needs repairs around their place.
Jason went above and beyond to help me get my dryer fixed. As a first time home owner this was my first need for a repair, and Jason was friendly, helpful, and he cleaned out an animal nest in my vent that I missed in my home inspection. I highly recommend!
