Mark was fantastic! He responded right away. He did a very thorough exam of both our AC unit and furnace and explained things very clearly. He never tried to upsell us or give us more than we need. Highly recommend!!

I met Mark yesterday servicing my neighbors AC,What a super helpful and nice guy !! He helped me with info to help keep my AC working and to be more efficient, it wasn’t even my service call ! TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE! 10/10 STARS! We were referred to Mark by my dad who raved about him; and he was right! Mark was able to come to our home to check out our furnace within a day of my initial phone call - much faster than any other experience I've ever had! He was prompt & on time, FRIENDLY, gave fair and honest pricing; overall THE BEST! He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working as it should be. I actually gave Mark a call to schedule an appointment to have my garage heater looked at. I told him the problems and he walked me through the entire diagnostic process and fixed my problem without even showing up at my residence. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me out over the phone and not making me wait to schedule an appointment. Definitely will keep his number for future business.

He is truly well knowledgeable, actually cares about his customers, their repair, time and money! He is a pure asset to his field! This outstanding company is incredibly fair and honest and right on time! NO OTHER heating and cooling place is better! Two thumbs up! I recommend them to everyone!!! Worst customer service ever!! Mark gave us a quote which was way over priced, but since it was 96 degrees outside we decided to go ahead and have him install the new AC unit anyway. Mark never responded back after he quoted us. We texted, we emailed, we called but heard nothing back. How unprofessional! At least let us know if they can’t do the job so we didn’t have to suffer in the heat waiting for them to call back. We finally gave up and ended up going with another local guy and they installed the brand new unit within 24 hours and $500 less.
Mark, the owner, was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained all work in detail. Highly recommended for quality work at a fair and reasonable price. Service was prompt with great communication for updates on timeframe for service. Would definitely to use Collins Heating and Cooling for any future service and repairs.
Collins heating and cooling has helped my family out multiple times in the last eight months. As one example, my wife and I recently bought a house in the area that has had quite a few "hidden" problems to include needing a completely new furnace right as winter started. We called around to a few local HVAC companies and Collins heating and cooling were the only ones to answer immediately and arrive that same day. By the time every other HVAC business called us back our problem was already identified and scheduled to have a complete new furnace put in merely days later. Mark is responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable and not to mention personable. My wife and I recommend this business to everyone we know.

They also came in well under the other quotes I had gotten for an ac and furnace installation from other local companies.I highly recommend them.

This company is GREAT !!! They installed my heating and air and all new plumbing in my house. Only had a couple issues with water (nothing major) gave them a call and they were here within the hour !! I highly recommend Collins Heating and Air !!
Came out the same day I called. Within 48 hours I had a brand new furnace. You can't beat the price, quality, or the device.
Mark is friendly and informative! He can give honest opinions on other estimates, and is not afraid to always put the customer first even if it means losing out on another bid by recommending going with a different company for a particular job if he determines that they will be able to satisfy the customer's needs better. Would highly recommend!
