No notice or proper processes to set up tech response, technician was not knowledgeable at all (flashlight and Google), moved super slow to pad the bill time (that is every 1/2hr)...and did not fix the problem, owner had no accountability or professionalism in addressing concerns...If I could give a 0 I would...save your time and money and go elsewhere for service

The owner of this business, Harold. He is a very mean and vulgar business owner, I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company ever. Good luck ever trying to get in touch with him on the phone as he will swear and berate you!

This company is the worst!! Do not use them, they took $2000 from us for a repair. And all of the workers were rude and incompetent. They took the part to “replace” it but never came back. This part has the serial number and all the information so now we have to replace the entire unit because the other company we hired doesn’t even know what part to order. Wow, I can’t believe people do business like this! Count your days

Horrible, unprofessional, will start a job, overcharge you and not finish it! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! We needed a new motor at our church, they took our money and the current motor and Left us with nothing during the winter! They did not even refund our money when they said they couldn't do anything and wanted us to pay them them again to do the work that was already paid for!! Very shady business STAY AWAY!

No stars!!!! Do not use them!!! They took our money & motor for our heater. Then said the part was too old… they didn’t return our motor or money!! Bad attitude & incompetent workers! They are scam artist and we are going to report them to the BBB!!

Avoid this company! Don't ever hire them. At first the outside AC unit stopped working but the inside unit was working just fine. I called my home warranty and they sent me this company. After the technitians spent almost all day at my house, the inside unit stopped working and they ended up saying that they were not going to continue to work with my AC and just left. I called my home warranty and explained the situation. A day later the owner of this company (his name is Scott) called me. He was very rude to me and confirmed that Cold Spring company was not going to fix my AC. He also mentioned that he was not going to work with customers such as myself and hung up on me. I ended up with a still not working outside unit and an inside unit that had been broken by the company's technicians. One week after their horrible visit they still haven't sent the diagnosis report to my home warranty, so the home warranty could proceed with providing me another company. I gave one star but if I could give negative stars, I would.

I would give this company 0 stars if the system let me. They have been to our home three times, twice for the heater, and once to do a diagnostic for the air conditioner because it was not working. I did not want them to continue work after their diagnostic because I did not trust them when they said we needed a new control board (which they had actually worked on before), costing something like $1600.00--and they would not talk to me about the previous work that they had done on the control board or about the specifics of the cost breakdown. We found a different company, a competent company, they sent a Master Certified HVAC Technician, and it turned out we did not need a new control board after all, but the problem was the incompetent wiring job that Coldspring Co Inc had done when allegedly fixing the control board before, and that bad wiring job had simply prevented the air conditioning from working. It took the competent technician from a reputable company only a few minutes to diagnose and fix the wiring problem, and the air conditioner works like a champ--just in time for the warmer weather. Not only are the technicians at Coldspring Co Inc. incompetent, but their mode of public relations is uncharitable, unkind, and unprofessional. Scott, who appears to run things there and is impossible to talk to, pulled the "I've been in this business for over 48 years card." Well, since I've been a customer even longer than that, I took my game and my business elsewhere.

I used this company because 5 years ago they came out and fixed my unit for a very fair price. This was not the same experience. In may they came to fix my unit and charged me $600. $400 was for labor. The unit only worked for a day. When I called to tell them this, they sent out a repair guy and he wanted an additional $400 for what he said was a broken motor on my unit. From may until July I had no air. I called another repair guy to come to my home. In less than 10 minutes he diagnosed my problem, which was not a faulty motor but an old part that needed replacing, fixed the problem and charged me $150. Considerably less than the cost of either visit from Colddspring. how could the tech from cold spring have missed this faulty piece it was so obviously defective even I could tell! Never again.
