Jon was very professional detailed and compassionate with our plight of no ac in the summer. He informed us and followed through with his word. And worked with us. We have had terrible luck with all types of contractors. Not this one! John was right on time, very thorough, easy to talk to, and saved us from having to go through an Arizona summer with our system breaking down, all for a small part he had in his truck! We would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs--5 stars all the way.

John is the best! When I first contacted him, I had just had another a/c company out. That a/c company said that I needed a new unit. Our unit is only one and a half years old! I called John and he was able to come out within the hour. He found out what the issue was and also found that I still had a manufactures warranty on the unit. John not only worked scheduling magic to get us in sooner but also saved me over $2,000.00. He also found that I am able to buy a new warranty as the new homeowner as well. Way to go! Thank you, John.

Great service
I had Jonathan out for a check up on AC about a year ago and he was very honest and informative. So when my AC went out yesterday late in the afternoon, I called him and I can't say how grateful I was that he came out on such short notice without hesitation, as he remembered that I have dogs! He fixed the problem and didn't try and sell me a whole new unit, which a few years ago, I was told by another company that's what I needed. Here it is 4 years later and unit still working with just a couple inexpensive parts he replaced. So thank you so much Jonathan, for your quick response, inexpensive fix, and mostly your honesty as we all know living here without AC in June is NOT an option! Cathy Dolan
