We own a 125 year old 3 story Victorian house. Cold Air installed a state of the art heat pump system with 3 zones and individual thermostats in all 12 rooms. They did this without changing the character of the house. We are now comfortable through out the year everywhere in the house. Would recommend them to all.
Seemed very knowledgeable about HVAC Mini-Split systems. Appreciated how respectful they were to me and to my home. Went above and beyond to try to address my concerns especially when compared to the prior HVAC contractors I’ve experienced.
I had a 'COOL' experience with this company! (get it? lol ) Since the first visit for the consultation and estimation, everything was so detailed and professional that I got lucky with this company. When I was searching on Google for companies that could help me with my AC repair, tons of them were available! But this was the one that I felt would give me what I needed since it does have COLD on the company name - and THAT is what I wanted. Giovanni chose an AC to replace my old one and did a fantastic job! (Shout out to Hassan, his partner!). Thank you so much, and I am sure my mom will be happy!

I can't say enough GREAT things about Giovanni and Cold Air LLC. They are attentive, responsive, reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable about their trade. I've worked with them several times to maintain my older HVAC system and plan to use them for a project to upgrade my thermostat and HVAC system. I ended up employing them because I saw their truck parked outside my neighbor's home while they were replacing their HVAC unit. And now they service multiple residents in my development. Cold Air LLC has a forever customer in me!
Was an all around fantastic experience. He walked me through every single step explained the quorlte thoroughly, walked me through everything that was expected to be done. When I had a hiccup, they were able to accommodate above and beyond. Such a wonderful job. Very grateful. Giovanni went above and beyond all of my expectations.
Giovani Install electric Heat and Cold system at my home last year and it works good so far and i like the work he done.
When our home's central air conditioning system was having problems, we called Cold Air and immediately got a call back and appointment to come and diagnose. Giovani was really patient and detailed in explaining all our options to get everything working well. He gave us options from $ to $$$ based on our current situation. We eventually opted to have our system replaced and got a fair quote, and also importantly, they gave us a timeline for the installation that they lived up to. They were very neat and respectful in our home. Couldn't be happier.

Cold air was prompt and professional. My husband and I are new home owners, and we don't know alot about home repairs or updating. We reached out to Cold Air LLC. They gave us an estimate and they did not take advantage of us. Instead they delivered and installed our new central air system and came back a few weeks later to make sure it was all good. He gave us some really good recommendations on what needs to be replaced soon. I highly recommend this company, Don’t look anywhere else! Very fair, reliable, and honest. Hard to find now a days.
