Beyond A+ service! As a property manager dealing with 21 units in city place area, I find Cold Air 4 U to be one of the best company I’ve dealt with and highly recommended them!
Had to replace 2 AC systems this company was by far the best AC company I have ever had to deal with, best price and best customer service. Easter and her husband the owners were right on hand with heir technicians ensuring the work meet their highest expectations, Anderson and his team worked well to together. 2 new system in place house is cooling nice and I am very please with this company I highly recommend them for any AC or duct work 10 out of 10 I give them 100
A summer weekend emergency of broken air conditioner in a new home, led me to phone Cold Air 4 U on a Sunday. Within 30 min the owner phoned me back, but instead of sending someone out at weekend rush prices, listened to my issue, and suggested it was a clog, what to do, and that it could wait until Monday and normal charges if I chose that. On that Sunday, the owner texted and spoke on the phone with me for the next hour off and on, being kind, honest & informative. The experienced repair people came on time, repaired the AC, and explained how to maintain it properly (monthly vinegar flushes). We set up a twice yearly service contract at comparable pricing. Now a month later, her staff texted to see how the AC was working. 100% recommend.
You can’t just provide less than what is required by local laws & safety standards and call it “ok”. I hired cold air 4 u, trusted their knowledge and assessment, paid more than $5k for a purchase and installation of a new system, The city inspector denied safety compliance; it is not enough with having cold air, and a beautiful working system (reem); at last Esther refused to stand by her company’s work, correct and or deliver the right work unless I pay them more$$.🙄

The inspector refused to approve their work. All licensed companies found it weird some electric work wasn’t provided as it is generally done for safety features required by city codes. At last, keeping up with that poor work costed us $1000.00 dollars on top of their pricey $5k. Providing a beautiful system, and cold air, is not enough, SAFETY compliance is also required by local laws and they refused to provide that level of service and care.
First, I found Esther to be a responsive considerate person. The technicians were professional and I felt they knew their job.Charges were found to be reasonable. They cared about our comfort as we were without air conditioning in this hot weather. Thanks for a good job.
I highly recommend this great AC company owned by great people. I've been using them for a few years now. They are so professional and always honest with me. Even when my AC breaks on a Sunday, I receive the responsive help I need. Thanks CoolAir4U!

Cold Air 4 you is by far a rarity in the air conditioning business. Honest, caring, and professional is what sets them apart from all the others. Seriously, if you are looking for repairs or replacement give them a call.
I have used Esther and cool air since 2017 during this year's I have never questioned her prices and work ethic, no at least until today. When I call her yesterday because my unit wasn't working she sent someone today Monday 5/16/22 to check my unit. the technician diagnosed that the capacitor and thermostat was broken which both where replaced by her company in the past few years. Because my trust in cold air 4U I have never bother to ask for the estimate until today. when the technician replaced both things he left us a bill of $470 for the service. $245 for the capacitor and $225 for a change of a thermostat. when I call her about my disagreement with the price she told me she has a business to run and that was the price, that the best she could do was to give me a $20 discount. Capacitor TITAN HD ref# PRCFD 505A (ONLINE price $25) Thermostat Emerson 1E78-144. 70 series (online price $ 26) I understand she has a business, employees to pay and make profit but $450 dollars for these two things it seems VERY irrational.
Anderson was an amazing tech!! Very professional he did a great job and even cleaned up after (most don’t do that) I highly recommend this company for any AC repair or maintenance.

I started using ColdAir4U two years ago when my previous provider failed to show up and respond. Ester is always responsive and the service technician are so pleasant to deal with when they arrive as promised. Fair, great service and great to do business with. I highly recommend ColdAir4U.
