Ernie and Jo Ann are very professional and provide exceptional service.
Ernie serviced our old 80's era system when the AC went out and when our unit iced over in the cold. When the other guys said it was time to replace the whole darn thing, Ernie found an economical way to keep our AC plugging along. He found a fix for the icing problem, too. I like how he works and talks through the problem. You can tell he's had a lot of experience across the board, understands how these machines work, and cares about his customers. He's our guy for air from now on.
