I never write reviews, but the service provided by this company just demands it! Coastal Cooling Services and David, the owner, are phenomenal! From the first time I called them two years ago in need of service, they immediately answered. It doesn't stop there though. They immediately show up and quickly--and painlessly--resolve the issue at hand. My most recent experience was going to cost ~$5K to repair a broken outdoor grill exhaust fan because the manufacturer discontinued the part and the entire hood and fan combo would need to be replaced. David's time, patience, and ingenuity resulted in a creative solution costing 70% less than full replacement. ....and we're happy grillers again! Thank you David and Coastal Cooling Services!
David at Coastal Cooling Services was extremely fast when we needed assistance. He was able to get to our house in under 45 min. The issue was identified, corrected, and our unit back up and cooling the house in under 30 minutes. Thank you Coastal Cooling for your great customer service and thorough explanation of everything as you worked.

Words won’t express how appreciative I am today! I was able to text David about my AC being out and he not only responded within a few minutes he was able to get me on the schedule. When he came by, he immediately diagnosed the problem, made sure my warranty was still good and called for the part. He drove to get the part (FB to OP!)and came back same day to fix my system. My system is fixed! You can’t find this level of service very often. I will ALWAYS use Coastal Cooling Services!
We cannot say enough great things about Coastal Cooling! They are prompt, professional, reasonably priced and very thorough. I have used other HVAC companies in the area and Coastal Cooling is by far, the best!
