They came out fast. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Having a great AC company gives you such a peace of mind. No question I found a new company that I will now use everytime. It’s rare today when a business does what it says it will do on the date and time it says it will do it. Great company

Great Experience from these guys. They installed a new heat pump in my home. The owner showed up got his guys started on the job and actually returned to check on the progress. Come to find out it’s a family business. Great work guys. We will definitely be recommending y’all to our friends.
Great crew. They installed my hvac in a few hours and have continued to maintain it since the installation.
My heating and ac system was barely working but still able to do a decent job. They came out and misdiagnosed my system saying it had to much Freon and maybe a gauge was bad. After they came to fix it they then said the compressor was bad and what ever they did caused my system to completely stop working. (I see that they took the breaker out) They came out at 8 am the next day to take pictures to send to my home warranty. The next day I called my home warranty and was told they hadn’t put in the work order for them to approve yet but thanks to my home warranty calling them they finally put it in. My home warranty approved it same day. Since this company waited an extra day to put in the information it was now the weekend and I was told they can’t contact their suppliers until Monday but they understand what I’m going through having three small kids in a house that is 88 degrees. I do believe if they would of left the breaker in I could of at least used it as it was until they had the part to fix it.
Amazing work and a true expert. I can’t say enough about these guys. There is no comparison when it comes to pricing or professionalism. These guys did so much more than what was in the proposal to ensure everything was done properly including rewiring so installing a vapor barrier with no additional charge to an already good price. Their knowledge of HVAC and the science behind it was astounding. They were already doing their best for me before going out of their way to do these things additionally. I can guarantee that this company is the absolute best choice you can make all around. I am lucky to have had them. I am from Charleston and know many HVAC owners and employees from other companies and would suggest these guys every time.
After doing extensive research on major HVAC businesses operating around Dorchester County I scheduled an appointment with Coastal Carolina Comfort LLC to compare prices and customer service. Fast-forward to a 3.5 ton Goodman Split Heat Pump Split System, with a 10-year manufacturer warranty, I am glad I called them. I hope this review helps anyone debating whom to hire for such a costly and stressful job. These folks are professional and transparent with costs. They are always available for any questions or concerns I might have. God Bless them.
Derrick was very helpful and was not only able to clean the vent to the dryer but was also able to change out the light bulbs. I highly recommend their services.

This company is one of the best I've seen. They quoted a reasonable price and preformed the system replacement in a timely manner. The customer service from this company was excellent. They were honest and upfront about everything which made them the obvious choice for us.
Coastal Carolina saved my family when our AC broke on the hottest day of the year. I had a 4 month old at home and our house was getting into the 90s. Coastal Carolina came within 24 hours, and when they didn’t have the needed part, the technician went back to his home to get something he had to hold us over until the new part came in. He was truly a godsend in a very challenging situation!! He went above and beyond, and we will certainly recommend them for any future work.
CCC got sent out by my home warranty company. The part on my AC unit that was broken wasn't covered by the warranty company, go figure. Our two AC units were very old so we decided to replace them both. Coastal Carolina Comfort gave us a great price for two new units with installation. Not to mention, the free year of service. Now our house is being nicely chilled as these warm summer days arrive. The team arrived on time on the scheduled day, performed the rip out of the old systems, installation of the new systems and cleaned up after themselves. This is a family business and the entire team is courteous and very easy to work with. The owner came out immediately to check out my AC unit and talked through some solutions with me on how to better cool my older home. The work was done the next business day, and I've been happily walking around a comfortable, climate controlled home since! I'm very happy with the cost and quality of the service. And the free maintenance and parts that accompany the installation knock their customer service out of the park! I highly suggest working with this company.

Their crew showed up on time, cleaned our ductwork and explained the whole process as they were working. They also provided before and after pics and emailed the videos of the work completed. Couldnt ask for more professionalism. Definitely will be calling them again.
