Called Coachella Valley Plumbing, Heating & Air to fix a leak under kitchen sink. Original plumbing was junk and Nathan came to repair. He redid all the plumbing under the sink asked if I needed anything else and we spoke about a future need of having a toilet replaced. Was very helpful. Great job Nathan and thank you!

These guys show up and have helped me with no less than 4 emergency plumbing issues. I've never used the AC service but I'm very pleased with the plumbing, fair price and quick service

HORRIBLE Fernando show up and instead of blowing out the PVC he cuts pieces out then pulls the drain spout from outside. Supposed to return today but I will find a new company. Should have looked on here 1st.

I called to schedule service for AC and nobody showed up two days in a row. I shut my business down to make sure I would be available. No accountability. This company is the bottom of the barrel and should not represent the Coachella Valley name. Gives us all locally owned and operated businesses a bad name.

These are the kind of people that will kick in your water heater and tell you you need a new one. Dishonest company. Overcharged our Credit Card by $1000 - wouldn’t remove the charge - had to send screenshots to American Express who credited the 1k. Look below and see they overcharge A LOT of people. The work is overpriced and they don’t go above and beyond. They put bandaids on bullet holes. Will never use them again. Beware.

Gentleman by the name of Todd Stewart showed up to check our air conditioner that was not cooling at all. With nothing on him, not even as much as a screwdriver with him saw our unit and within 2 mins told us we needed a new compressor and fan and quoted us $3000 to $4000 to replace. And a 1 year warranty. Poor poor customer service. Told us it would take 2 days to order part. We said we'd think about. Contacted another business for a second quote and this repairman showed up with proper diagnostic tools and told us it was the fan motor and quoted us $425 to replace and repaired it the very same day. I Couldnt Beleive It. Who knows how many people this company has been mis quoting, not doing a professional diagnosis and probably ripping people off. I would not recommend this company at all and if you do happen to get a quote please, please get a second and third opinion/quote. Shocked and disappointed

Unfortunately we have had problem after problem with CV Plumbing, Heating and Air. We used them in a crisis leak situation to have plumbing fixed in a condo in Palm Springs. $15,000 later we never received the paperwork necessary to file with our insurance company despite multiple phone calls, texts and the insurance representative calls. At that same time, they replaced a water heater. One year later the water heater is failing and after two service attempts to fix it we’ve been told there is nothing they can do and one can never predict water heater problems. After the latest 5 minute visit in which no invoice was provided or charge discussed/explained they charged our credit card without permission.

I had Alex and Nathan come to my house on the 26th because my toilets were backing up, they came out quickly and were very nice. They ran their snake through my toilets and had them clear in less then an hour. I will be requesting Alex and Nathan for all my future plumbing.

I'm a property manager. This is the first time I have used this company. The experience was not so good. I called to have a running toilet checked and repaired. When I spoke to my client. The contractor Alan had said 6 toilets needed to be repaired at over $1500. I was not there. When I called Alan he was VERY rude and unprofessional. All I wanted was a simple explanation. Could not get one. He took it personally and would not let me even speak. He had my client sign a contract. My client was ready to cancel. I will not be using this company again because of Alan. He should be retrained for better customer service.

This company double charged me $5500 for one air conditioner. Two months later and at least 10 calls, and they won’t return my calls. I put in a dispute with my cc company about the charge but now I have no heat coming from the same system. I feel like I was taken for a ride.

Coachella valley plumbing came to fix a problem with my water heater gas line. Upon completion they created another problem causing a major gas leak. They refused to fix the problem they created and instead only offered to charge me the to replace the water heater. RON (OWNER) BLAMED PROBLEMS ON PREVIOUS OWNERS. HES A PERSON OF LITTLE TO NO INTEGRITY. AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

My 83-year-old stepmother called Coachella Valley Heating and Air because her air conditioning wasn’t working and she needed a service call. What occurred after they arrived was disgraceful. They took advantage of a little old lady who didn’t know any better and they installed a new air conditioner and furnace system for $10,000 dollars. Since the installation we’ve had nothing but problems with the air conditioner and now with the furnace. I just called to get a service person out there because she’s called and her heat is not working. Unfortunately, they don’t have anyone who can go out there until tomorrow morning. So my step mom is going to be cold today and every time I’ve called this company I get the runaround and the system that they put in has just been a nightmare. Not only did they take advantage of a little old lady who didn’t know any better by talking her into installing a new system. But now, we have had five or six service calls since they installed the new system last spring. Buyer Beware!!! I would highly recommend not using this company for your air conditioning needs.

I made an appointment for a/c tune and they never showed up nor did they call to inform me that they weren't coming. I would not recommend this company. If you see any advertisement for them just throw it in the trash but that coupon has no value!!!!!!

Disreputable Firm! Coachella Valley Plumbing Heating & Air (“CVPHA”) damaged my residence while repairing the home next door. CVPHA placed a ladder on the residence of my neighbor, which then fell on my dwelling, resulting in damage to the exterior stucco and window. I have made multiple verbal and written attempts to contact CVPHA to have the situation resolved, but to no avail. I would also note that CVPHA is not a member of the Better Business Bureau, with said agency providing a C- rating, on a scale of A+ (highest) to F (lowest). CVPHA is 100% culpable with regard to the aforementioned damage, is non-responsive, and will take no responsibility. Lastly, please read the other reviews noted below which appear to substantiate my position.

Thought they were a bit on the expensive side. They replaced a valve cartridge and the tub spout for $275. They were here for about 45min. I also asked them about replacing a 2 handle shower valve and they said $850. I said i will pass on that and do it myself. Then about 10 min later the guy said he talked to his boss and could do it for $450. The part was maybe $50 to $70 and there were shark fitting so i did it myself in about 15 min..
