The absolute best! I will never use anyone else! Steve from CMS was able to find an issue with my heating system that two other companies that my home warranty company sent out weren't able to find and fix. I now don't even use my home warranty company and I just call CMS direct. They have installed new thermostats, found and resolved and fixed other issues with my a/c units (I have multiple) as well as done preventive maintenance on all the units at a beyond reasonable price! Honest, trust worthy, reliable and friendly (which is an understatement) I trust and rely on no one else!

I don't write reviews often, but this experience was horrible. Our home warranty company sent us looked at the unit for 30 minutes and said he had to refer it to someone with more experience. The fan blades had all fallen off. Then when CMS was assigned they were slow to respond even after we mentioned that we had been without AC for quite a while. They finally scheduled us for two or three days from the time we spoke. Then it was kind of overcast with a few raindrops in certain areas so they canceled all of their appointments and pushed us to the next day Friday. We explained the situation to the technician that arrived (the owner?) and he said the supply houses would be closed, but he would try to write up the report. It was 1:30 on a Friday before Memorial Day. My wife called called Tuesday morning and got no response, so I called. The same man who came to the house was very short and not helpful. He kept saying that it "takes a while to find out how much the parts are going to cost from the supply houses which were closed over the weekend". So then my wife called back several hours later to see if he had written the report. She was on hold with the warranty company all day. He told her he would call the warranty company right away. Then I find out he canceled the service with us because we asked for a timeline. He was rude and short from the very beginning. I could tell he had some kind of attitude with us right away. Haven't met anybody quite as rude since I've been here for the last year. People here are generally helpful and friendly, but not at CMS. We were polite and jovial, but we wanted answers, and CMS would rather sit by the computer and wait to respond to Google reviews than get out and help people in this heat. If you warranty company sends them... you're better off calling someone else. The next company will be here tomorrow and said it only takes about an hour to get a quote and submit the report to the company. Apparently at CMS it takes a

They are kind, professional, responsive, expeditious and went exceedingly above and beyond to help us when the air conditioning broke at my elderly fathers house. He explained everything in detail and in plain language. They worked with our home warranty company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The repairman lent us his personal, portable unit to cool my father’s bedroom until the parts arrived ( 🙄 supply chain) since he was recovering from a surgery and even saw us attempting to get Dad out of the car following a doctors appointment and offered to help. I can’t say enough good things about CMS! Thank you!!!

The front office could not have offered better communication. Gave us a WINDOW and arrived within that time window. When the technician came out he could not have been more knowledgeable. I have referred them since to countless individuals with "hard to solve" heating and air issues with outstanding results. Some companies work on heating and air units, CMS fixes them. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible!!! I only had to use them because my home warranty assigned them to me.... first and foremost, I'll start at the beginning I waited for THEM to call me as I was told by HWA 48 hours... but of course they NEVER called me and mind you I submitted a claim since Friday. So give or take i should've gotten a call on Monday... but no I had to call them and schedule myself. First flag!! Fast forward to my scheduled day WEDNESDAY. I get a call from their receptionist telling me the technician will be running late without an explanation of how long the technician will take and that was at 2:35. 4 hrs later the technician comes and is RUDE no apologies for being late, didn’t bother to listen to what was going on with my issue and dismiss everything I was telling him. To make matters worse, he talks on the phone with someone while on the job with someone he was waiting to call him for 2 days... like seriously your on the job. BE PROFESSIONAL.... I had previously called a different ac company and was told there was a leak and it will need to be detected with their machine, which I knew that was the problem because freon was put into my a/c unit to last for the weekend. Long story short, I will NEVER use this company nor recommend any friends/family of mine.

I was considering installing a smaller unit but Steve reccomend the latger one, so glad I went with his recommendation! With our large structure the smaller unit would not have worked!
