This company was recommended by my neighbor. I called them because my A/C went out and needed a new system. Climatrol gave me a great price compared to other companies I had received quotes from. The technician that stopped by to give me an estimate was very professional, explained everything in detail. I was extremely happy with the service that was provided and even happier that they gave me a great price and saved me money. I will recommend Climatrol to anyone that needs HVAC work.
Not Trustworthy. Requested a service from Home protection warranty. Billed me full repair amount saying warranty is invalid because homeowner try to repair it and also billed the Home warranty company. I need to pay also the trade call amount from Home warranty. They told me they are not going to bill Home warranty
We’ve had through our home warranty and still use them. 5+ yrs. They are fast to respond, repair the unit, don’t up-sell and are fairly priced... they also service my dads house.
My a/c went out and my neighbor recommended Climatrol. I had received a different quote from another company which I thought was pretty high. I called Climatrol and their price was half of what the other company was charging me. Climatrol came out same day and fixed my issue same day. The tech explained to me how he fixed it and it works better than before. I am not sure why the previous reviews were bad, but sounds like those reviews should take up the issue with the Home warranty companies.
I had Climatrol out through a Home Warranty Company. They were fast, on time and fixed issure right away. The tech that serviced my unit explained everything to me in detail. I have recommened Climatrol to my neighbor and he had a Great Experience as well. I will continue to recommend this company
I have used Climatrol multiple times within the past 5+ years for A/C and heating issues. Each time Bryan was extremely professional with his attention to detail and explanation of the potential repairs. Most importantly, he was able to fix them quickly and accurately. I cannot recommend him enough with Climatrol!
Better options around. By better, I mean just don't call these people.
Climatrol is who I refer to all my friends and family. They’ve always been able to fix my ac issues quickly. Brian is amazing at what he does! I recommend them 100 percent.
