When I decided to put in a ductless heating system I got bids from 5 local HVAC contractors in the area. I was in the process of choosing between the top two and decided to get feedback from my previous builder.. He recommended Bill and told me about some less than satisfactory experiences he had had with the other companies and about how stellar his experience had consistently been with Bill and his team. I called Climatize and am so glad I did! Bill came over, did a thorough inspection of my rather complicated job, went over the factors to consider and gave me a bid that came in well under any of the others. Not only did he have a new perspective, but having been n the field for 30 years, he knew the company who had installed my solar panels and gave them a call to sort out some of the details. I also have a rental that needed a ductless. With a change of renters coming up soon, Bill and his team were able to install a unit into my rental during the turnover that day between 10am and 5pm. I have been impressed with every member of the team I have met in terms of their focus on safety and detail, punctuality, thoroughness of instruction and just plain kindness. I can't recommend them highly enough!
These guys were awesome every step of the way. I really felt valued as a customer and now that the installation is finished I'm really happy with the work they did. I would highly recommend having Climatize install your ductless system if that's something you're looking into.
I spent my time thoroughly studying ductless heating & cooling systems, and comparing our local contractors/installers. Asked industry professionals, friends who recently had one installed, and a friend from EWEB even recommended Bill and Ryan! Their bid was infact, almost $1000 cheaper than the bigger outfits! Bill came by to make an estimate and was thorough in explaining the ductless system for our home. He and Ryan personally did the install (with Dan, the electrician)! Not only was Ryan friendly and relatable, but he was very thorough with the after-care, and walked us through the operation, efficient usage, and basic maintenance care of the ductless system. This was over a year ago, and we've been enjoying the comfortable, and consistently warm home during the winter. No more sweating, and sleepless hot nights during those 90+° summers as well. They were detail oriented, very considerate and didn't pose any disruption, clean and tidy, thorough, professional, and were prompt on their promised schedules. I really preferred a smaller firm, and they were the perfect team! Since then, Bill and Ryan have helped me on some consultation on other home repair / upgrades as well. Give Bill a call, and highly consider their services!!!
I had my ductless heat pump installed 4 months ago by Climatize. They gave me the lowest bid and the best warranty. The team was courteous and conscientious, making sure every detail was done correctly and that I understood how to operate my heat pump. I have a 2,200 square foot house, I had 3 heads installed and my heat is very comfortable. Also my electric bill went way down.

Climatize hit a home run on both counts. William Jerome, the owner, has been doing this work for years, but only recently formed Climatize. From our first meeting on, Bill did a great job listening to my needs, explaining concepts clearly, and demonstrating he knows his stuff. Climatize was the fifth and final contractor I interviewed, but Bill made my decision easy. Before installation, he communicated well and started the job on time. His crew was top-notch, went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and left my house just as they found it. Bill returned after the install to review the system with me and my wife, answer any questions and make sure we knew we could contact him with future questions whenever needed. On-time, on budget, and with a smile. If you’re looking for an installer, look no further.
