On the 4th of July our air conditioner stopped working and on top of that we had company in our home. I called ClimateMakerrs and they came the following day. The problem was quickly diagnosed but the needed part was not on the truck so John found one in North Charleston, left to pick it up, and returned to install it. Within minutes we had cool air flowing again. ClimateMakers provides professional and excellent customer service that we highly recommend!
Performed the work in a short time, made sure everything worked well and cleaned up after. Highly recommend their service.

ClimateMakers was extremely professional and considerate in setting up and providing service. I had some unique needs for communicating during certain times and needing them to contact someone else at other times, and they were so helpful and accomodating, I can't say enough good things about their professionalism and customer service. My repair need was minor; I'm sure anyone could have done it, but the customer service approach really set them apart!
We had such a fantastic experience with ClimateMakers. Jeremy was wonderful to work with. Communication, problem solving, and professionalism were all top notch. Jeremy was able to help us figure out how to increase our hot water capacity in a small space and did it in record time at a good price. We are very happy and look forward to working with them again in the future!
Our Tech Brian Hatfield solved our heating problem. We had been suffering through the cold weather we are having this winter and he correctly diagnosed our issue and got us up and running again. Gave us lots of good advice on the system and digital thermostat operation. Thank you Climate Makers!

Installed a Rinnai Water heater in my attic. Very professional, polite, and courteous. It was a difficult job but they hung in there and got it all done. Kudos to Brandon, Raymond and Nancy. John the owner was available and kept me informed throughout the job. Thanks for making this as simple as possible. Would recommend!

Climatemakers did an outstanding job replacing our 16 yrs old tankless water. John came out to take a look at the existent water heater and we both agreed it wasn't worth the time nor the money to try and repair the old one. To make a long story short, the next day John returned follow by the technician Raymond. Everything was done in 3 hours. I couldn't not ask for anything more. What a relief to find a company that's honest, well informed, and did not withhold any information concerning tankless water heaters, their cost, life span, etc... that I inquired about. Raymond came out and did his job perfectly. Installed the new unit, adjusted the water temperature to my liking, cleaned up and even chit-chatted for a few minutes before leaving. Bottom line, we inquired, chose, and received what we expected...A Great job from a Great Company!!
ClimateMakers is a good and reliable Heating and Air Conditioning company. Besides being a local company, the people in the company are wonderful and honest. In particular the two technicians, Sylvester and Philp, are hardworking and dedicated employees. The product was introduced to us by John Sison, who is honest and well versed in the details of HVAC to make him capable of explaining complicated technical issues in layman terms. We had a tankless hot water heater installed. The technicians were professional & made sure to avoid messing up our home. Although they encountered some difficulties the job was done to our satisfaction. The system works well & we were extremely pleased with the results. Climate Makers are our choice for plumbing, A/C & furnace maintenance & maintenance of our new tankless heater! We highly recommend them.

I spoke with dispatch last week Thursday (April 14 at 8:20am) to setup an appointment for 8:30 am Monday morning (4/18). I waited around 25-30 min after my appointment time only for no one to show up, so I called and they never bothered to put my appointment in the system for this morning. Because of my own records this was both the correct day and time setup for my appointment and the ball was dropped.
Climate Makers came to do a job and fixed the main issue but did not complete the job leaving the toilet in the condition it was in BEFORE they did the job.. minus the issue. Then wanted to charge me another fee to come out and remedy.
