We have used Jeff various times throughout the last 10 or so years. Has been terrific to work with. He has to be one of the most fair and reasonable service techs that we have ever had to deal with. Would highly recommend him. He was just here today and I am completely dumbfounded that there are any bad reviews about him at all.
Jeff is horrible. He has been out several times and has refilled the coolant. The last time I asked him if there was a leak and he goes I don’t know. I said did you check and he goes no. The line keeps getting ice on it. I called him today as he was supposed to be here by noon and never showed. He said find someone else as I don’t know what’s going on. He always looks drunk or hung over. Not friendly at all

Been using Climatech for years. Fixed our furnace in less than 30 mins. Called at 10am showed up 10:30am. Very resonable cost. Would reccommend.
Worst service ever. Jeff came to the my house and did not speak he did not say good afternoon or anything. Called I the morning and told him I would be home around Noon he said that was fine would be there around that time Noon passed 12:30 pm passed no call nothing so I called and he was acting like I was bothering him he had no plans of calling to tell me he was going to be late and that he had another job before me. He finally got there around 2:00 pm and stayed maybe 20 minutes and said he fixed the problem. I paid him and he left. Well later that evening heat stopped working I tried to call him back since it states he works 24 hrs and got no answer voicemail box said full. What kind of business is this. So the next morning I called he answered and I told him that the heat still was not working he again acted as if I was bothering him he came out later that morning and did the same thing no greeting just came in the house walked to the basement came back up a few minutes later and said he fixed what he partially did the day before and that he could not tell me what was wrong because it was working well that was not the case it was like 50 degrees in the house. I have a son and several health issues and need to have heat in my house. This all started Friday and it's Monday and I still have no heat. So basically I paid Jeff and he did nothing. Oh yeah one other thing he looked like he was either hung over or still drunk both times he came out. I do not suggest you use this company go somewhere else if you do not want to freeze too Death.
Ac unit stopped working and called 9 places who either wouldn't come out or were going to charge 180 to just take a look. Climatech came right out and had the problem fixed in an hour from when I called . Fast , friendly, affordable service! Highly recommend!
Came home from work to a very cold house, heat was not working. Called climatech and Jeff was at house house within a half hour and fixed the problem. Very prompt and professional service, will definitely call again for future services.
My airconditioner stopped putting out cold air and it was over 83 degrees in my house. I called on a Sunday morning of a holiday weekend at 8:30 and a service technition was at my home promptly at 10:00. He was polite, got right to work and was finished quickly. He didn't try to sell me anything either, which is a plus in my book. The bill was very reasonable and I would reccommed Climatech to anyone who needs their air conditioner repaired.
Called then when the air wouldn't cool was fixed within in 44 minutes. Excellent company and very quick service. WIll use them in the future for all my needs!!
Just recently moved to Columbus and within a week my ac quit working. I called a coworker of mine who recommended Climatech. They were able to fix my ac by replacing the freon and repairing a freon leak. Price was more than reasonable.
When my air conditioner went out, I began imagining all kinds of nightmare scenarios-- it was going to cost the moon, I was going to get ripped off, etc. Imagine my surprise when Climatech arrived promptly, fixed the problem in under an hour and charged a very reasonable price. Wonderful service! I am happy to recommend him because he is what others only a claim to be... Honest and professional.
Climatech fixed my AC right before it really started to get hot. My Ac would turn on but would not pump out cold air, seemed like it was a simple fix, no issues, or hangups, just a simple straight forward repair.
My heater broke when in the middle of the night, I thought I was going to freeze. My house got down to 55 by morning time. I was supposed to have a girl over later that night too. I called Climatech and they were able to come out the same day to repair my heater. Things were warm and toasty again by night time.
It is really cold right now and my heater went out in the middle of the day. The guy at Climatech was in the middle of another call but made it to my house as fast as he could. I was at work and had to find a guy fast. My boss recommended him highly and I see why. he found the problem with my 10 year old heater pretty fast and had my heater pumping out heat pretty darn fast.
