Climate Solutions arrived on time... but that was the only thing they did right. First issue: I have a UV Bulb in my Air Handler which I personally paid $100 for originally and the bulb needed to be replaced. I was expecting $25 maybe $30 for the new bulb… not even close... Climate Solutions charged me $150 for a new bulb!!!! Are you SERIOUS??? Second Issue: Apparently my AC unit need “Freon” or also known as 410A. They charged me $89 for ONE POUND… guess how much it really costs? Try $100 for 30lbs!!!!! Third Issue: I am diligent on all of my maintenance on my AC unit outside and inside. My unit is spotless, with 3 stages of air filtration on my air handler costing me around 1k for allergies. Climate Solutions tried to get me to replace my entire system saying my unit is old and my compressor is about to go due to it pulling 12 amps. Its cooling, my AC bill has not changed and there is no delay when it comes on to cool the house. Bottom line, there are too many “RED FLAGS” WITH this company to justify using them. If you are reading this… MOVE ON. If you refuse to listen then you have been warned and make sure you get at least two additional bids before paying. Lastly, I was NOT home, my GF was there and completely took advantage of the situation. Wanted to update this post - it has been 3 YEARS since Climate Solutions told me I needed to replace my AC... guess what - it’s still running perfect! Do your homework and get more than one bid or your will be taken to the bank.

Bobby and Alex came out today. They were very pleasant and Bobby explained everything he will be doing. They insulated the attic and took pics so I could see how well they they did. I would recommend them to anyone. I am having them back to clean the air/heat pipes. Very pleased
Climate solution is competent thorough company that does the followup to insure that I was completely satisfied with their work. This is the second time they have work at my home and they are great.
Excellent work by this company! We are very pleased with the work completed by them. We have their number stored so that we can get our preventative maintenance done with them every 6 months. I wouldn't let anyone else touch our equipment!
This company is very honest. We had another company come out and quote us $11000 for our 3 units which werent working in the heat of the summertime. We called Climate Solutions and they fixed the problem by replacing a part rather than trying to sell us on completely new equipment. The manager actually came out and spoke with us while the technician was working which made us feel valued and important! We're very thankful for their service.
We had an emergency ac repair and called Climate Solutions. They were courteous and able to give us same day service! Adam was great to work with and explained everything in detail. We found out that they are under new ownership and really focused on customer service and providing an affordable service. They've certainly earned this customers loyalty!
after three other ac companies trying to diagnose our problem i was finely able to get the job done and done correctly through the very wonderful staff at climate solutions, my wife and i had gone four months with not being able to cool our house below 79 degrees. after one service call from climate solutions who sent Brad out who was able to fix the problem in a matter of 30 min. i would recommend them to anyone needing ac service.
I just moved to Cape Coral a few months back, recently bought a house! Unfortunately, to my horror, my a/c unit unexpectedly went out on me. I had no idea who to call being new to the area so I asked around, I got recommended climate solutions from a friend, said they were a great local company. I decided to trust my friend and I’m glad I did! Caleb came on time to my house. He was professional, understanding, and walked me through the whole project. He gave me options, including letting me know what price I’d be looking at if I ever had to replace (but he wasn’t pushy at all). I was thrilled to see that they’re prices were very reasonable for a professional company. In the end I went with the repair and signed up for a PMA (preventative maintenance agreement). I will definitely trust them in the future with maintaining my equipment and with my replacement when the time comes! Thanks Climate Solutions!
Thankful that today Jon Z. a Field Supervisor came to my house and resolved the failure to cool issue. It took 2 service calls to resolve is why the company is getting a 4 star rating. Jon is a very thorough and courteous specialist. Clone his attitude and knowledge please
Jon was a great technician! He came out to do the maintenance on our a/c system and gave us some good pointers on how to keep our system working well. Very knowledgeable, and respectful. It was refreshing to not get a high pressure sales pitch like you would from most companies in this town!
SCAM!! DO NOT USE!! We reported an issue with our A/C not cooling properly and Climate Sokutions was sent to us by way of our BS home warranty company American Home Shield. The tech was late, did nothing because it was raining and we had to call twice to get a follow up. Then he came out and said coil was dirty and it would be $650 to clean and reinstall. Since we rent the place, the estimate had to be submitted to our property mgmt co. We heard nothing back for several days. We called Climate Solutions again and spoke to some woman there that said there is no estimate because the tech said there was nothing wrong. Completely opposite of what we were told in person. When we asked her why what she was saying didn't align with the tech she didn't have an answer. We asked why our A/C wasn't cooling properly and she said it's because it was because of how hot it was. LIES!!!! Clearly in the pocket of AHS and our property mgmt co. No integrity, no ethics, no reputation.
After dealing with two different local A.C. companies who kept telling me I needed to replace my 4 year old system, my neighbor told me about Climate Soutions. They came out and corrected the issues professionally and efficiently! I will be recommending Climate Solutions to all my family and friends! Thanks again Climate Solutions!😊
We began having issues with our old system on Tuesday. The fan would seize up after an hour of running. I contacted Danielle, and she tried to work me through several things, and had me take pictures to see if she could figure out what it could be. The motor in the fan went out, and it just wasn't worth the repair along with not knowing if something else would go out. She had a tech set up that night to come out to our house the next day. Alexis arrived at 7:30 AM, and began going through our options. He then made a special trip back out to our house around 8 PM that same night to set up our loan information, and pick the system we wanted. In the meantime, Danielle went out of her way to have the new system shipped directly to the shop so that we could have it installed as quickly as possible this morning. The workers arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and went over the system with us - answering any questions we had. Great company who will go out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of! Thank you so much for your diligence, and for getting our family cool again!!!
I would like to start by thanking the girls in your office who communicate for your organization. They were so pleasant and polite with every call and question that I needed answered. If they did not know the answer to my question they asked someone in the shop who did. Also to the associates that expedited our service call, so that we were able to have our AC up and running as soon as the parts arrived to your shop. Finally the two knowledgeable techs that arrived to our residents promptly the morning of 7/15/16. They acted in a professional and skilled manner well above mine and my wifes expectations. I have been in the service industry, as acting owner and management for a large part of my adult life and it is these associates that I commend today that are the driving force behind a company that thrives and will continue to thrive for many years to come. I could only hope that their hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed. Again my deepest thanks for an all around job well done.
Arrived in scheduled time frame. Service was completed in a timely fashion with professionalism and dedication. We will definitely use this company again. AC problems, please feel comfortable calling this company.
Terrible company. One deception after another with shoddy work and multiple calls to fix their work. Only bright side is their receptionist Danielle. Someone, please find this woman another job. She doesn't deserve to be associated with such a horrible company. Stay away from these people. If your Home Warranty company send them, reject them and demand another. Trust me, you will save yourself tremendous aggravation. Better to pay for a unit out of your own pocket than deal with this company.
TELL THEM GET OUT OF YOUR HOUSE! Climate Solutions Told us we needed a new A/C, btw the QUOTE was 8k for a 2.5 ton, after they did 2k worth of B.S. work last year. (And that's after the discount they promised since we had a service plan with them) I decided to call some family and friends for advice, guess what! Another company got our unit working for $150. They are a RIP OFF. They hand you a finance application before they even give you a quote. DO NOT TRUST THEM! I would give them a 0 star if I could!
We couldnt be more happy with our technician David, and the hard work he did. The company worked hard on our behalf with our home warranty to get us the help we need. Thank you guys.
