Put in new air conditioner thru state run program. Air stopped working on 6/22 not even a year old. Called and called no return call. Someone answered and said they were at a funeral call Monday. It was 95 degrees in house. Called state program to report issue, still have not heard back. Barnes Heating and Air stated what problem was and still not fixed under a government program. At least Barnes Heating and Air was concerned that being disabled I was able to have a cool home and came right out. Problem is expensive to fix and unit is only 10 months old. Not very good for customer service. Will call State program again and file complaint
They're good.. no complaints.
7/25/2017. Victor Did a great job installing a New 3 ton Tempstar A/C unit with a 10kw heat strip in about 3 hrs or so. A/C has already cooled our house. Thanks again Victor & Angel.
My experience with this company went well i would defiantly recommend them.
