Upon setting up the appointment with Climate King, I told the staff member we had no air. I also told her I had pictures and information including the part number for the defective part. She told me to email the info I had, which I did minutes after hanging up with her. The soonest they could get to me was two weeks. I want to interject here that their website states the following: "We offer same day/next day service anywhere If your Air Conditioning goes out in a heat wave or your furnace breaks down when it’s bitter cold outside, you need emergency service fast! Rest assured and know that Climate King is there for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with live dispatchers and prompt service." (Lies!) I didn't challenge them on this. We're going into a heatwave and it's the busy season for HVAC techs. Plus, as uncomfortable as we would be, we don't have any medical emergencies or anything like that. Besides, they had the info needed to fix it and the AC would be running again in two weeks, right? Wrong! Two weeks later, the tech is in and out of my house in less than five minutes, no part in hand, but simply to collect the info that I had already provided two weeks prior!! He left without any idea on when he could return with the part and I haven't received an ETA from the company either. What's frustrating is that I know that the part we need is in stock - six, in fact - at a local HVAC supply warehouse. It would take under two hours to pick up the part and install it. And the cherry on top of this less than stellar experience is that this company has been non-responsive unless they need to get in touch with me. At this point, my repair is still unfinished and my AC is still offline... and we are still in a heatwave.
From the first phone call to the end of the service tech leaving, the process was painless and professional!

Climate king keeps me cool in summer n comfortable in winter. Very knowledgeable crews sent to my home. Thank you Jacob worked around my busy schedule for me .

I had a bad control board on the condenser. It took a month for the part to come in, but once it was installed, ac came back up. Techs were polite and worked fast once they got the part.
Jeff and Shawn did a great job finding and fixing the problem with my HVAC!
The two technicians were AWESOME! They were the Superheroes that saved my day!! Both exuded professionalism, courtesy, and mechanical aptitude. They identified and solved my AC issue in less than twenty minutes. I am extremely pleased!!
Supposed to be repair but technician came out and guessed at the problem after 5 minutes then incorrectly sent report to warranty company that got disapproved then reassigned to different company who correctly found the problem. I can't ever trust this company again.

Climate King was appointed to fix my heating and a/c through my home warranty First American Home Warranty. They are amazing. They appointed the company quickly and Climate king was quick to address the issue the next day. Special thanks to the tech Austin who was was very helpful and professional. Cynthia in the office rocks! She was very helpful to conclude all my billing issues! Look forward to dealing with them in the future anytime I have issues.

Climate King was sent out via my home warranty company (First American). You know home warranties can be difficult but Climate King was awesome. They were very responsive, very easy to get in touch with, very quick to address all issues, and ultimately they helped me get a full A/C replacement through my warranty. Special props to Holly in the office and Jacob in the field for taking care of me.
I work with A LOT of different service providers for my job, and I can’t hype up Climate King enough. All of the buzz words that you see people use in these google reviews that make you think the company hired someone to write them, well they actually apply here. These guys are simply the best around. 6 stars people.
The service technician was professional.
My AC recently went out, Climate King was contacted and at my home for service within 48 hours!! The two representatives were professional and pleasant - great customer service gets a 10 all day from me. Within 10 minutes, I began to feel cool air blowing!! THANK YOU CLIMATE KING.
I recommend climate King Air and Heating, they were very professional, skilled and knowledgeable of my problem.
Never got there names two males ,came to access the problem ,I explained the house isn't cooling properly and 5 years this year was the worst . So one went into the attic and came down the first time and damage the molding by the attic no problem with that. The other start tell how the duct work was old how it was ran was through the wall . Never gave me a quote on a better solution to help, he started talking over my head like I was a contractor . I'll be calling a couple other companies to get a price range or to see a different result in service. Yes I have AHS really seem like I just a waste of time my utility bill was 900 last month and got fans running throughout the house. They went to crawl space under the house and look at the duct work was torn and missing came back and saw under the furnace where duct should guess they didnt want to crawl underneath the house. Went back to attic and said they did something now house is hotter than before....
The tech from Climate King was great. He quickly found the problem. My A/C was back on line about 30 minutes after he arrived. A+ service.
