Climate Concepts were excellent to work with. Their team was very professional and respectful while the installed 2 heat pump systems in our house. Their team was very responsive to our questions about the project and made sure that the job was done correctly. I highly recommend this team and know who we will be calling in the future for home heating/cooling needs.
They were professional. They were on time, and installed 2 ductless split air conditioning systems. Programmed the remotes and showed us how to use them. They cleaned up any mess that was made. I would definitely recommend them .
Climate Concepts installed a HVAC unit - the people of the organization were amazing. The workers were incredible and first class professionals. They were very thorough and did a great job cleaning up at the end. If I could I would give them a higher than a 5 rating.

If anyone is looking for a new HVAC install - look no further. Call Climate Concepts now - you will be glad you did. I had trouble with my furnace and after weighing the costs/benefits of a new system vs repairing the existing furnace (20+ years), I went with a new system. Tim (owner) came out to see the job personally, provided a quote within a day and had his crew here a few days later. Mike (project manager) and his team, John and Nick were polite and very professional. I could not ask for a better company to work on my house. I personally called Tim and thanked him and his team for a great experience. Job well done at a reasonable price.

I recently had my hvac systems cleaned and maintained by climate concepts. The price was fair and the employees were professional. The employees answered my questions honestly and didn’t try to sell me on unneeded products or services. I highly recommend climate concepts and will definitely be using them for all of my future hvac and heating needs!
The team from Climate Concepts were amazing. From start to finish there were no questions left unanswered. Getting the estimates for service was simple and they were very responsive to every question we had (and we had alot!). Once scheduled, the team that came to the house were professional and friendly. They worked hard (in our very warm attic no less) and finished the job on time. They addressed all our questions and concerns and were some of the friendliest people we've had do work in our home. We'd recommend Climate Concepts to anyone looking to have an a/c system installed.
Climate Concepts is an AWESOME company. They keep to their appointment time, and do exactly what they say they are going to do. I had two HVAC Systems replaced with air filtration equipment. Had a complete new AC and furnace installed. Very pleased with the entire job. Climate Concepts was great from start to finish. Tim came to my home to look at what was needed. He did not just give a price to replace it with the same equipment. He provided calculations that showed me what size equipment was necessary which ended up saving me money. The install of the equipment was completed in less than one day. The installers were very professional and took the time to explain the process to me. They were very considerate of my home and cleaned up completely before leaving I would not hesitate in using Climate Concepts again
We had many ideas for a new system, as well as quotes by different vendors. Climate Concepts took time determining our needs/requirements and gave us a great quote. 100% quality check. Cleaned out my gas furnace and ac and checked gas pressure and for co2 leaks. I love that they check everything to ensure a complete safe working heating and cooling system. They arrived on time as well. Scheduling appointment was easy, staff actually answers the phones and is very friendly! Also have peace of mind with the 24/7 emergencies in case of an outage. Just had them out to do a long overdue cleaning of my AC. They were timely, polite and the cost was exactly what I was quoted even though I know they had to spend extra time because it was so long between cleanings it was really dirty. They really seemed to know their stuff. I plan to use them going forward and whenever I have any other AC needs
I would like to give a giant shout out to the folks at Client Concepts who installed four mini-split ductless units in my home earlier this year. Although my original need was to replace my ancient attic HVAC systems, we have been quite pleased using the heating capabilities of these new units for the past few months. But that alone would not cause me to post an online recommendation… I am doing so because starting at the top with the owner, Tim, through to the installers, schedulers and office administrators, I have never encountered such a professional, efficient, customer-oriented team as the employees at Climate Concepts. Every conversation and visit was 100% satisfactory in timeliness and quality. Their knowledge of the industry and equipment options is vast. Their patience and commitment to find the best possible solution for the customer is so appreciated and certainly rare in the world today. I look forward to seeing how my new systems perform in the summer months and I am confident that any issue that may arise will be supported by Climate Concepts.
