Dwayne and his team have really gone above and beyond for us. Our problem was much more complicated and took much longer to fix than anyone expected and they stayed until it was resolved, and made sure we were kept up to date and understood what they had encountered and what fixes were needed at every step.
Dwayne and his team of experienced techs recently installed a new Central A/C compressor, blower and thermostat in my residence and also a pair of new split systems in my workspace. From the initial consultation and estimate to the job’s completion Climate Change Mechanical proved themselves knowledgeable, reliable, responsive, on-time, careful & clean and professional. Dwayne was able to design and source two totally different style and brand systems and he managed to source the equipment he needed, even during the supply constraints of the pandemic. Both new systems are more efficient, more powerful and quieter than their predecessors. Dwayne knows his gear- he had strong opinions about which specific brands he preferred for each job based on efficiency, build quality and ease of service. He was careful to install each system in a way that would make them easy to service and maintain in the future. As a homeowner, I’ve dealt with many contractors in the past 20 years- Dwayne has been, by far, the most helpful, friendly and professional one I’ve encountered. He always listened to my concerns, answered my questions and never condescended. As a small business owner, Dwayne was always personally accessible to me- but he always seemed to have just right guys to help with every facet of the job, whether electrical, framing and repair, hauling or HVAC. I highly recommend Climate Change Mechanical for service, design and installation of your HVAC needs.
What a great company to work with. They have been our sole hvac contractor for years and the experience has been wonderful. Excellent customer service, reliable and honest. The owner is knowledgeable, honest and fair and does not try to upsell. We've worked with him since before he started his company and when he started his own company, we contracted him right away. He takes care of his customers and his staff so it's always pleasant to work with him and his team.
Dwayne installed the split AC system in my home. It's a was a fairy big install, with 3 outdoor units and 7 indoor units. He helped us choose the system that fit our requirements and timed the installation to our remodeling project. I could not be happier with the result. Dwayne has been back to fix a leak in the drain line in the wall a couple of years later and did a really impressive job of patching the hose without the need to remove a lot of sheet rock. He's also fixed the AC for my coworker in an emergency situation. I highly recommend Climate Change Mechanical for all AC needs
Dwayne replaced and installed 2 PTAC units in my home - he was very responsive throughout the process and provided excellent and efficient service. I have dealt with several other companies for both servicing and replacement of the PTAC units over the years, and Climate Change Mechanical was easily the most helpful, trustworthy, and reasonably priced.
Dwayne is very professional and knowledgeable. I can trust any advise he gives me because I know he knows what he is talking about. He is very reliable and will give you details of anything that is wrong and what needs to be done to correct the problem. I trust him 100% and I even go to him if I have questions about other equipment in the building. I would recommend Dwayne for any work you need done. He is a very respectful, punctual, and takes his job seriously.
Dwayne has been installing and servicing our air conditioning system for the last 10 years. Initially he helped us out when the installer of our original system went dark on us when it came to servicing. Since then he's installed and modified additional units as we renovated and I honestly can't say enough good things about his service. Five stars!

We had a central air conditioning system that was installed when we renovated our house and for 4 or 5 years we had issues every Spring/Summer when we used it. We had several companies look at the air conditioning system and spent a lot of money and the problems (we had water damage several times in our house) kept happening until my neighbor recommended Dwayne. It took Dwayne 2 or 3 days to remove the old system and installed new with new safety precautions to avoid water damage and he even stayed the first day until midnight. Now my central air conditioning system is colder and no more leaks...thanks so much Dwayne...you are the best!
This company and the owner Dwayne is A+ in EVERY way. Communication skills A+, Price A+++, not to mention his attention to detail is off the chart! I used this company last year during Covid and felt safe, with the strict adherence to CDC guidelines. The care and respect shown, goes over and beyond!!! We bought 2 ac units and we are on a strict budget and a fixed income!!! The cost was more than reasonable! Now every year Dwayne comes back to do maintenance on all units. Stop looking and call Dwayne now! Dependable and efficient!!! All the time!
Dwayne is very experienced and knowledgeable - he has been doing this work for years. He did research in advance, and completed the job effectively, efficiently and neatly. He can give advice about different brands and products. His prices are fair. He was punctual, responsive and reliable. He is good-humored, straight-forward and respectful, so it makes working with him very easy. He brought one assistant to help with the removal and installation of two PTAC units. I would hire him again if I had another job.
