We had an issue with a heater that was installed by someone else. Since we had Climate Care install a central system for us over the summer, I contacted them. The response time is impressive. They came right out. I REALLY appreciate working with professionals who care and respond to our needs!
Constantin, the Owner, stayed and installed with two of his men a New Bryant Heater and a New Bryant Air Conditioner, both top models. He was a Good Twenty Percent less than all other Companies. They arrived at 8:30 and completed the work by 4:30 all in ONE DAY! He even had to change out PVC tubes and other things because this heating unit was smaller than the previous one. Constantin also installed a new Honeywell Wireless Thermostat and explained everything about it with hands on for twenty minutes. He checked everything with the two units and the thermostat. The company is detail oriented. Nothing was left to chance. Both systems work silently! Everything was spotlessly cleaned up with a heavy duty vacuum and dusted. I unconditionally recommend Climate Care HVAC and Constantin for all of you HVAC work! If I could give Ten Stars I would!! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!!
Got hooked up with 2 Bosch Bova units, for 3 zones of Heat pump in my house. Solid work, good price. Only mistake was not setting the thermostat to 1 cycle per hour per Bosch recommendation (typically is 3), but otherwise solid.

Climate Care installed a Ductless Heating and AC unit in my home last summer. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Constantin and his team are prompt, friendly and are always happy to answer any questions I may have about installation or the unit itself. Their prices are very reasonable too. Next, I am having them replace my 15 year old heater and hot water heater. Great company!
Without a doubt the best home contractor service--of any kind--that we've had since moving here 2 years ago. Constantin is prompt, communicates clearly, transparent and fair on cost, does excellent work, and is amazingly committed to customer satisfaction. When part of our heat system failed he came and found exactly the right solution to fix it efficiently and economically. He cautioned that our 35-year-old boiler was “fine, for now,“ and didn't try to up-sell us. When the boiler eventually failed he replaced it for us on two days‘ notice, spending hours calculating the heat load, pulling options, explaining the efficiency trade-offs, etc. He even came out to service it the morning after Christmas without any hesitation, and at no cost. Having dealt with a number of plumbing and HVAC companies (big and small), Climate Care provided what is without question the best service experience in my 20 years of home ownership.
I had a Noritz Tankless Water Heater Installed by Climate Care. Constantin (owner) came to our house - without charge - with mask and determined the best fit to replace our current Noritz which ran 13 years maintenance free. Constantin has state of the art equipment & exhibits mastery of tankless heaters & their installation. His assistant Stu has installed siding & my vent looks incredible! Installation was quick 4 to 5 hours. Constantin submitted my installation app to Noritz & was immediately approved for my 25 year warranty. I heard a chorus from other installers about parts & the Noritz heaters are hard to come by - in fact one called back to update me on his efforts to obtain a Noritz the exact time my new Noritz was being attached to the wall. My experience is the Noritz doesn’t need parts because it doesn’t break & I never flushed nor cleaned the filter-not once. Without question you’d be lucky to Climate Care install your system. David
Constantin was great to work with during our recent heater and air conditioner replacement. He was always on time, cleaned up after work was completed and was very responsive in providing us the quote for the work and then during the PECO rebate process.

Constantin was there the same day as I called, used shoe covers when entering my home, and diagnosed the issue with my air conditioning within 5 minutes of being there. The issue was fixed the same day at a very reasonable price. If you read on below, he really went above and beyond my expectation to resolve the issue, as well as prevent future problems. Previously, another HVAC company had tried to fix the issue unsuccessfully, and had to come back to my home 3x because it was not fixed, charging over $1200. I could tell that Constantin has significant experience in HVAC, because he literally pointed out this issue in 5 minutes. He worked on the fix, stayed for some time to ensure it resolved the issue, and made several other improvements to the AC unit that nobody had ever pointed out (straightened out a slightly kinked condensation hose and put it inside PVC so it would remain un-kinked, placed putty over some areas instead of tape which removed wasted air flow around my unit, and updated other PVC pipes to make them more efficient). I've had three separate companies come to my building to work on the HVAC unit over the past 5 years, and nobody has ever done a single thing to identify or resolve those items. You can imagine that in 90+ heat, Climate Care coming to my home, diagnosing and fixing the issue all within a few hours was worthy of a 5-star rating. I'm very happy, and finally cool!

I have used Climate Care HVAC for the past year and have been very impressed with their service. Constantin, the owner, is professional, courteous, and quite knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain all the options so that you get the most for your money. I find him to be a very honest man. He does not try to up-sell you in anyway. I had two other estimates from major companies for a new AC/heating unit and Constantin's proposal was not only priced lower but included higher efficiency units. I am very pleased with his work and highly recommend him for all your AC/heating needs.
