This if for the guys in Flower Mound, TX. Our AC went on the blink on a Sunday when the temps were in the 100's+, my wife took a chance and called their office and a very nice lady answered, she said that their office was currently closed but said that someone would be out to look at the system on Monday. Sure enough, they showed up before the scheduled time. Michael checked the unit from top to bottom and gave us the news, which I had already assumed that the Compressor was done for. We discussed our options and then he said the magic words, "American Standard" and I told him to go for it. They make terrific systems and best of all, they are made in the great state of Texas, just down the road from where we live. They brought the new equipment out the next day and had it installed in a very short period of time. Their work was top notch and they were very careful not to make a mess and what little they did make they had cleaned up in no time. To make a long story short, they did a fantastic job, the price was right, it wasn't blown out of proportion, no hidden expenses, they were wonderful to work and deal with. My wife and I highly recommend them, you can't go wrong. Give them a try, you'll love them just like we did.
After talking to a couple different companies, it was a no brainer selecting Climate Care to install our new furnace and A/C. They were up front and honest the whole time, and the price was fair. Everyone we interacted was friendly and very helpful. They will be the first company we call in the future.
Very polite and professional. Did a great job navigating through the wiring mess from the previous install. He was able to navigate, rewire, and install a new thermostat to the main unit in the attic
Tim and Judy went above and beyond to help me fix a heating issue in the middle of an artic air swing in DFW. I highly recommend Climate Care AC & Heating for preventative maintenance and repair/issues. Judy was extremely empathetic and understanding. Tim was extremely professional and patient (with all of my questions and concerns). As a first time home owner, I am so thankful to have found / heard about them. This is the only company I will use as long as I'm local.
Tim and his team are so helpful, kind and responsive. They got right to us on a very cold day and took care of our problem quickly. Great job!

Fantastic service! We've used several times. They are always prompt, courteous and do great work at a fair price. I never feel like they are trying to scam or upsell me. They even tried to help us over the phone to see of it was a simple fix before charging for a call out. I will always use them as long as they are around. Definitely recommend to anyone needing AC service or repairs!

Had multiple quotes. One was $5k higher and one was $500 cheaper. This company spoke as if they knew what they were talking about and gave me what I wanted with a couple of recommendations. Very knowledgeable and professional installation! May 14 2020 Routine service call to make sure all was good with system. This Company is Top Notch in my book. They were recommended to me by two friends in Coppell. ❤ 12/07/21 Continue to service my AC/HT system and keeping it in tip top shape. My electric bills also are cheapest in neighborhood. Maybe due to me or my insulation of my home, I don't know but still cheapest in area. I believe them figuring I needed an additional air intake helped!

Climate Care installed my new unit in July and did a great job. All the service people were friendly and courteous. They came back out today to power on and check to be sure the heater was working properly. Tim the owner came out and again did a wonderful job. He also went in to the attic and checked all the duct work and confirmed all was good. Would definitely recommend this company.

I've had Climate Care fix my HVAC system twice now and I can't say enough nice things about them. I've had other AC repair companies work on my unit in the past, Tim is quick to respond, honest, and reasonably priced. Tim is the kind of guy that would answer any question you have about your HVAC while he is working on it and would even humor a request. Great people to work with. Tim came out to look at our current situation and discuss what our wants/needs in new HVAC were. He quoted us good/better/best choices and thoroughly explained the pros/cons of each system. After we decided which one we wanted we called to schedule our install. They were great to communicate and work with our schedule. We have had several contractors for different items in our home and I think timeliness is what most of them do the worst. It can be so frustrating while you wait around for someone to get here. UGH! So, I was pleasantly surprised when Climate Care showed up ON TIME precisely when they said they would. They got right to work, communicating when there were some unexpected issues, and cleaned up when they were done. Highly recommend their service.
The owners, technicians, and staff of Climate Care are always very helpful and responsive to our needs. They have been servicing the heating and air conditioning in our home for many years and we are always so pleased with their service. We just purchased and had Climate Care install a brand new system. They worked efficiently and cleaned up all the areas in which they worked before they left. Highly recommend!
