I use this company for all my AC needs both for my personal residence and for my business. Incredible response time when my home unit went out and was repaired within one day. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable service technicians and friendly reliable service. I love this company and recommend them to everyone I know.

I had plumbing work done to my condo where they removed the plenum to the air duct and needed to be replaced. Kevin w Climate Design came and gave me a good estimate for work needed and also great advice to replace my air handler due to age ( it was the same air handler since I bought the unit in 2004). they did a superb job, and were very professional. Thank you for a job well done!!
We have finally found someone to trust with our HVAC needs. They do not try to create an issue or make more of a problem than there is. They will tell you what is needed and give you the facts to make a decision that is fitting for you. We had them replace two units and they did an excellent job while providing a great price. You get quality and the team is very professional with them. They are also great at duct cleaning and keeping clients HVAC systems running their very best with the best efficiency. If you are looking for a company that will develop a relationship with you this is it!
I am an established general contractor, so I have a unique perspecrive. I have not just used this company once or twice. I have used them dozens of times, and had a positive experience. It is critical I have a reliable A/C mechanic to service our remodels and new homes. Russell, the owner, has been in the business for many years and really knows the technical side. Alberta, who answers the phones, is wonderful to work with. Attentive, artificial, friendly, she always gets us quick service at a reasonable price. I would recommend Climate by Design to any homeowner, or contractor.

This is the quickest and most responsive a/c company I've ever come across since moving to Houston over 20 years ago. I started relying on this company over (14) years ago and their responsiveness, care, service and pricing is hands down better than I could've ever imagined.
we had this contract co come do some work for us for a few years. But this year there customer services is very bad. !!! THEY ARE VERY RUDE , they change there appointment without informing the customer . We are NOT happy with the way they handle the customer!!! I will never call them again!!
