Very honest and reliable Team. Came out and explained the issue once he was done, not once saying I needed all new parts for my 11 year old system. Definitely not a salesman. I just found my new A/C company from hear on out.

Josh and the team from Clear Air are just the best. For starters everyone I have worked with from Clear Air has been beyond kind and helpful. As you may know, having your HVAC go out in Texas is no small thing. Thankfully it was not mid Summer when ours but the dust. So not a total crisis, still very stressful. Enter Josh and his team, and thank Heaven for them. Josh was fast, he was out the same day I contacted Clear Air. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He made all my options very easy to understand. Then to cap it all off he was able to give us the best bid by far from any of the other providers I had contacted. So you guessed it, we work with Clear Air. Josh and crew were very communicative through the process, on the work day they were right on time bright and early at 8 am on the dot. They budgeted for 2 days they got it all done in 1. Wow! This is just the tip of the iceberg here, Josh made sure our new system was working well for us so he has done follow ups with us and got our system registered with the manufacturer so we know our warranty is good to go. So to sum it all up. Clear Air HVAC is awesome. Josh and the guys are just genuinely good people who are out to do great work for a fair price. So….I hope your A/C never fails, but if it does, do yourself a favor and make the first call Clear Air HVAC, you will be glad you did. I know I am.

When we moved into our home, we had Josh provide us with free second opinion on a total system replacement. The original homeowners had gone on the cheap side to replace the condenser just prior to listing the home. What we found was the system was inadequate. We had hot spots and cold spots throughout the home. He did an in-depth evaluation of our system which included our ductwork (original to the home) and a load calculation. He was very thorough in helping us understand why we had the issues we had and how to resolve them. We found the pricing to be extremely competitive and opted to move forward with his customized system design for our home. He is our go to guy for all of our maintenance. I recommend giving Clear Air Heating and Cooling a call. You won't be disappointed.

I have dealt with Josh for years, he is simply the best! He is honest (never upsells you), trustworthy and just a professional.
