Really positive experience. Justin was very communicative. I was getting frustrated with playing phone tag with other plumbers' call service centers, so it was great to find someone who responds really quickly to e-mail. The job was done quickly, didn't leave a mess, sent a sales receipt via e-mail that day, and the price was reasonable. Will definitely use again.
Justin does fantastic work and has bailed us out of a couple situations: broken hot water heater and locked up heat pipe. Both problems happened in the winter and Justin was able to come out very quickly and help us out. We recommend CleanWave without hesitation.
Don't hesitate to call Justin for any plumbing/heating problem. He is a creative problem solver and very good at finding the best solution to whatever issue you're having.
