David answered my call about my AC unit not functioning. Made sure the service call would be worth my money before coming to look at my system. He scheduled with me the same day and repaired the issue within an hours he was informative and honest through the entire process. I highly recommend.
I called around trying to find a company to look at my central air unit. I cannot explain how stupid most of the places I called tried to make me feel, NOT Dave. He explained what might be wrong and have to say that just because of the way he spoke to me, with kindness and respect, I booked him on the spot to come look at my unit. As a woman there is nothing worse than being made to feel stupid. Dave did not treat me that way!!!!! I look forward to having him give my central air unit a good over hall and already know I'll be using him for not only my A/C but my heating needs as well. Thanks Dave. I'll be referring you to all my friends and family!!
Dave gave me excellent customer service, was scared before making the service call but the price h was gave me to fix my old oil boiler system was a deal to steal. Definitely will remain my HVAC service provider from now on.
The weekend we had 4 degree weather my heat stopped working ! I have 2 small kids and he came within 15 minutes to help me out ended up needing a new thermostat which he had on hand . He was nice, reliable and quick ! Will definitely use again

I have several buildings with different heating systems including radiant, oil, gas & electric. I have been using Dave's services for many years for all my installations, repairs, & maintenance. Very dependable, honest, and fair priced. Dave always comes right away, does incredible work, and always amazes me how he can diagnose and repair a problem immediately. I reccomend him to everyone I know.
Dave came by to fix my oil burner. He came very quickly, fixed my problem, and his price was very reasonable.
They saved us on Christmas Eve, were responsive and showed up in no time. We’ve found our boiler guy for regular maintenance and emergencies! Took the time to show me (absolutely clueless on these things) some things I needed to know and be aware of for my boiler and boiler safety.

I called because my unit wasn’t blowing cold air , David showed up within the next hour which I was extremely grateful for! He was honest, professional and just a great guy in general! We were super happy with the results and will definitely be referring friends and family to him in the future. The unit is working even better than it did when we first moved in. Rude customer service I asked for a service call he told me noone will come out and give me one and got loud with me over the phone how rude these 5vstar reviews are probly fake. Rude company I wouldnt use him !
He is the best of the best!!!! He was at my house in a half hour, my boiler wasn’t turning on and he knew the problem INSTANTLY!!! He had the replacement system, brand new right in his truck and it worked immediately. He even went through different parts of the boiler with me and explained everything, even wrote the numbers on what certain temperatures should be at and explained what certain things could happen and how to fix them myself just in case. He was awesome and I’d recommend him to ANYONE….. specially if you don’t want to be ripped off or sold things you don’t need. 100% satisfied. Thank you!!!! I’ll always be using him in the future.
We purchased this home approximately one year ago and it happens to have a very elaborate heating system. See photo, the system stopped working yesterday we made a few calls to local burner repair companies. A few didn’t return our call and no one knew what to do with this type of a heating system needless to say we got in contact with CLEANCUT-HVAC. They responded quickly and sent down the owner named Dave. He came equipped with all the tools and equipment needed to get us up and running he was prompt, professional and he explained everything he was doing as he proceeded to troubleshoot the system. He had all of the required replacement parts that were needed on his truck. I cannot say enough we will use him and highly recommend him the price was great he was professional and courteous and knew what to do with this type of system, highly recommend. My central air conditioning system gave out during the recent spell of sweltering weather. After googling several operators -- and getting no call backs -- I landed on CleanCut Heading & AC Repair. Dave picked up on the first call, I explained the situation and he scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Just speaking to him on the phone gave me a good feeling about him. Next day, he arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, laid out repair options and, after we agreed on a course of action, he fixed the system. I can't overstate how patient, professional and meticulous he was during his visit. If you're looking for reliability, honesty, expertise, reasonable pricing and someone who clearly takes pride in doing a great job, you're not going to do better than Dave! I highly recommend!
