Extremely hard to get a hold off They don't return calls or messages I was trying to schedule a service appointment after they installed a carrier unit last year. It was a nightmare of an install had to take off multiple days and contacting clean cool air is very hard and frustrating . Also these reviews posted on google are mostly fake These people actually work there or are family members of the staff. One person has the same last name as the owner! And I recognized another name from calling there time after time about my install. Please pay the extra money and go elsewhere
Dishonest and incompetent! Repair would have been covered under our Old Republic policy. The owner at the time lied. He told me he called Old Republic but they considered it a pre-existing condition. He NEVER called Old Republic. We trusted them and ordered a new air conditioner. Without our knowledge, they also replaced a perfectly good furnace! We didn't realize this until the unit wouldn't heat. They failed to convert the unit to propane and then refused to reimburse us for the soot filled furnace. The soot voided our warranty! They even installed the air conditioner hoses incorrectly and we had water running from the attic overflow.
Outstanding service. My air conditioner broke down and I needed someone right away. It was HOT HOT HOT!!! You know what I mean, Texas summer heat is killer. Gave them a ring a little after midnight, and to my surprise, they were alert and ready to take care of business. I am fully satisfied with the service and would recommend one and all to contact this company first. You won't be disappointed.
I loved the service! Craig and the team at Clean Cool Air were fast, polite, professional, and honest. Just an all around great company! I wouldn't use anyone else and suggest that you don't either.
These guys came out to make sure our A/C was running properly and effecient. They did a great job, charged the a/c and completed a regular maintenance for a very good price! RECOMMEND!
Had my ac repaired by these guys recently. They are also going to do regular maintenance as needed from now on to ensure my unit is working properly. They sent a technician out quickly and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He easily explained what was wrong and what it would take to fix it and had it completed the same day. Professional, friendly and efficient, call Clean Cool Air if you need ac repairs and want it done right!
