If looking for encapsulating your crawl space, I would recommend this company hands down. I received several quotes prior to choosing this company, who were not only super expensive, but were really pushy in their sale pitch, making me feel so much anxiety if I didn't ho with them. Rick Watson's prices were more than reasonable, and he was honest and down to the point of what I would need and the process of what they would do. Rick Watson fully encapsulated the space under the full length of the house. I couldn't be more happier about the quality of workmanship preformed! His crew removed the nasty insulation that was hanging down from the flooring, and in the process of cleaning up, they noticed work from post beetles and a possible case of termites. They stopped production, allowed me time to have the pest problem resolved, and immediately started back up again. Also, I had another area of the house, that wasn't accessible from the original crawl space, (it was originally an storage space only accessible from outside) it was turned nto livable space inside by raising the floor; once that was completed, Rick & team came back and encapsulated that new area as well! I feel my house is well protected from outside elements! They've done a beautiful job! I can now also use this space as an added storage location without getting my storage containers all muddy. Also any workers needing to go under the house can do so without with worry of getting dirty, as well as not have to worry about a spider hanging over their head, lol!
We highly recommend Rick to do this service for you. They cleaned our duct work today and they really needed it. Prompt and on time. We had tons of dust and we really needed this done. He also does encapsulation on crawl spaces.
Rick and his team did an outstanding job with our crawl space encapsulation. Rick is great with the details and was ready for the many many questions I had for him. Rick didn’t “sell” me anything; he provided me with options to care for my home and answered my questions with what he would do if it were his home. They were extremely friendly. They explained what they going to do and why. I never felt like they rushed to get done and did a thorough job. I felt like they went above and beyond what I expected. I'd definitely recommend this company.
Honest, not overpriced, and fixed my dryer duct issue! Called Clean Air and they came out and immediately assessed the problem, they were not afraid to go in the crawl space and get the job done. I'm only sorry I didn't call these guys first. Went ahead and replaced my whole duct b/c blockage was so bad, and they made it more efficient by taking out some of the bends. Great service, very knowledgable, didn't overcharge, and most importantly dryer works when they left! Thank you.
Rick and his team did an excellent job of installing encapsulation, vapor barrier and dehumidifier in my crawl space. They did a very professional job at a great value. I always appreciate getting what I pay for and I did on this job.

Clean Air installed a sealed crawl space and a dehumidifier in our home. We had mold in our duct work and it needed to be replaced. We have had ongoing issues because of humidity and an older HVAC system. If you are looking for good old fashioned service then look no more. Rick is very knowledgeable and provides excellent service. He takes pride in his work and is reasonably priced. He and his team worked hard to get us up and running asap. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to anyone. They are a cut above!
Had some very dirty ducts and vents on a new home purchase. Called up Clean Air and they were able to get the ducts looking like new. They are very responsive, professional and courteous. They first came to the house to do an inspection of the ducts and vents which was a nice touch. They took pictures and explained their process. When they came to do the work they were very thorough and courteous. Highly recommend this company.
I had Rick and his company clean the ducts on a job I was working on. He went above and beyond to make not only me happy, but our client as well. Rick Watson encapsulated our crawl space and did an awesome job. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone that will do a quality job at an affordable price. We were very pleased with his workmanship and you could not ask for a friendlier person. He did the job in a very timely manner. We were very impressed with everything he did.
Excellent service. Highly recommend Rick Watson and his crew. They did an amazing job in a relatively short period of time. Our crawlspace had issues for years with surface ground water. The air quality was not good in and under the house. We can definitely tell a difference since a dehumidifier, condescate and sump pump were installed.
