Outstanding communication and professional services. A/C stopped blowing cold and within 30 minutes David had the capacitor replaced back up and running. Very reasonable price, even more so based on the speed at which he was called, arrived, and had the AC back up running blowing cold. Couldn’t be happier, thank you so much!
My 24 year old AC finally died yesterday, a Friday. I called a few HVAC contractors and made appointments to have someone come out to have a look. I had a couple of appointments made for Monday. With temperatures in the 90’s I was expecting to suffer through the weekend with no cooling in our home. As I continued to search for quicker service I found Classic Air Conditioning Inc. I saw the reviews from previous customers so I gave them a call and left a message. Five minutes later, at 11:30AM, I was called by Dave the owner of the company. I explained my situation and he said he was on a job site but would come soon. At 12:11 Dave arrived at my door with his technician Brandon. I showed him my system and we discussed various options. There was no high pressure sales pitch. After deciding what system I wanted Dave went to check on the availability of the equipment. At 1:06 PM Dave called and let me know that the equipment was available and could be installed the following day (a Saturday). I agreed and was happy to only spend one night with no AC. At 3:12 Dave called again and asked if I would like to have the system installed that night. I enthusiastically said yes. Right around 4:00 PM Brandon arrived with the new equipment and began to work. A short while later Dave arrived. By 9 PM I was in my family room watching TV with cool air blowing on me. I can’t say enough good things about Dave and Brandon. They spent their Friday night sweating so I wouldn’t have to. When you need HVAC repairs or are ready for a new system save your time and money by calling Dave. You won’t be disappointed.
Called on the weekend afternoon when A/C quit. Classic Air Conditioning (David) was very responsive. Repair was troubleshot and repaired quickly.

End of June and my air conditioning unit dies. The Florida heat along with the current logistics issues and nightmares you hear about many things, including HVAC materials, being unavailable, I was prepared to pay an arm and a leg while waiting weeks to be strung along by companies promising me that “it’s been ordered, we just have to wait”. I don’t need to replace air conditioners often. Actually, this has been my first time having to do so in Jacksonville. I had heard a few of the commercials on the radio and on tv from companies in the area but really didn’t know where to start. I googled “3 ton ac replacement cost in Jacksonville” and saw the amount. Starting point. Then I went to the Nextdoor app and looked up HVAC. “David Perkins”, along with his phone number was the reply to most of the inquiries and with nothing but positive things to say so I called the number listed. Voicemail. I left a message and called one of the other companies I had heard about. Later that evening, I got a call back from David. Sent him a picture of my existing AC unit and within an hour he sent a quote. Very reasonable in regards to everything going on and much better than other quotes I received. His team showed up on time and began work immediately. They were clean, professional, prepared, courteous and didn’t try to push a sale on me. Within a couple of hours, the job was done and the only proof that they had been there was a new quiet running ac unit. I highly recommend David and Brandon from Classic Air Conditioning if you’re in the market for a replacement or maintenance on your HVAC system.
David had a very professional manner and was quick to diagnose the problem.. we highly recommend them.
