Dependable and always there when they say they will be.
Jason came out to service my units. He is very fair and doesn't try to sell us on unnecessary services. He will be my go-to from now on. Highly recommend.
Jason has serviced my home, and he made us a priority even though we called him SUPER EARLY! He has us fixed and running within 30 minutes. He’s also serviced our commercial building, which the unit was completely out and he was AWESOME! We would highly recommend him for anyone!!! THANK YOU JASON AND TO JASONS WIFE!
Jason is amazing. He made it to our place within an hour of calling him and got our system up and running quickly. His prices are very reasonable and he will be our HVAC guy for years to come.
Was told by another company my unit wasn’t repairable. This company come out same day got the parts and repaired it . Very fast , vary fair prices
I am really satisfied with the service I got from these guy they got what I need with a new ac unit in a very timely manner and they got in got thw job done and im thankful I was able to find them thank you guys and I highly recommend them for all your mechanical needs thanks again guys.
I moved to Clarksville last fall. On the fb page, ‘Clarksville Chat’ - Clarksville Mechanical was recommended by many people for HVAC so I decided to give a call to get my fall maintenance done on my 2 systems. The technician Jason performed those tune ups. I decided to sign up for the yearly tune ups to save $. Jason also mentioned that if anything comes up with my units before my next tune up there would be no charge to come to take a look. Well over the winter something wasn’t right, our emergency heat kept kicking on when it wasn’t even freezing outside. I called Jason and he said he would could come out later tomorrow and there would be a service charge. That’s when I explained that in the fall he told me that there were no service charges since I was already paying yearly for the maintenance plan. Well he never showed up to service my unit. I called him many times and left voicemails. After a week of waiting for a return call, I went with another company that took care of me quickly and fixed the issue. They were also more cost effective than Clarksville Mechanical. I love to support local business but unfortunately can’t recommend Clarksville Mechanical to anyone!
I’ve used Clarksville Mechanical for years, always saves me money compared to other companies and doesn’t try to sell me something I don’t need. Great guy to work with, down to earth, professional and highly recommend!
Jason was great, saved me a bunch of money. Called him for a second opinion because a different local company wanted to sell me a whole new unit but Jason came in and fixed me up quick and for a fraction of the cost.
Jason is very friendly and knowledgeable. He took excellent care of me and my family when our heat wasn't working. I would definitely recommend him for all your heating and air issues and installations.
Jason has been more reliable than any other HVAC company I've dealt with in Clarksville. For the past 7 yrs Jason and his team are the only people I allow and trust to work on and in my home. Definitely recommend 100%.
