Matt has been great to work with, communicative, did great on a new unit installation, and recently took time on a Sunday to take care of us with another issue. Will absolutely recommend! Outstanding service!

Had a new system installed with these crooks around a year ago. System already is not working but these guys refuse to do any warranty work. They say they have a parts and labor warranty but that is a lie. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I had someone else come out and fix my system and said the work was horrible and done by people who have no idea what they’re doing. If you want horrible work done call clark heating and cooling. Where they won’t call you back.
Amazing services I received from them, very professional and honest. Mrs. Clark sent her guys to my home quickly and had my heating system working in no time. I’m so happy with there service!!!
Highly recommend this company! They came out on a Sunday and Labor Day weekend and got my AC fixed. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
Made multiple appointments and I’ve been stood up 5 different times. Owner said he will “personally” come work on the issues we discussed yet here we are. I’m not even requesting a free service, just show up.. used 3 personal days at work waiting for these guys to show up. Don’t waste your time and use a different company.
These guys are the real deal and straight up legit. I had a late Sunday night emergency and Matt came out quick, shot straight with me, didnt overcharge me and got me back up and running. Very professional and reasonable.

Thank God for this company. Matt was so helpful. Our ac went out and as a family of 4, (2 being toddlers) we were roasting. No company would call or message back because it was the weekend, but Matt made sure to make us a priority and I couldnt be more grateful!! I don’t know what we would’ve done in this 100 degree heat all weekend. Great guy and great service!!
Matt was very professional and very responsive! Air conditioner went out Saturday morning and by noon it was 87 degrees throughout the house. Called around town for 3 hours to almost every company in Guthrie and came across Clark heating and cooling and were able to send someone the very next day. Matt arrived on time and found the problem in minutes and had us up and running in less than 30 minutes! I would highly recommend them if you need your air conditioner worked on!
Josh was early to the call and assisted me in a very professional manner. Even with it being "not so great news", he was very helpful and I am satisfied with the services received. Thank you and great work!

Do not use these people. They are liars and will do anything to get out of fulfilling their contract. Was told daily for 3 weeks that they would be there "tomorrow, I pr omise" and never showed up. Worst experience I've had. Do not rcommend, horrible
Could not be happier with the professionalism and great service of Clark Heating & Cooling. Same day service with a thorough diagnosis of a/c and straight forward and honest about replacement options. Clark Heating and Cooling will be my one and only call for future heating and cooling needs.
We have used these guys for every thing when it comes to our heat and air. They came in the 0 degree weather this past winter when our heater went out and they installed an entire new unit. If you want something done right and fast. Use them. Matt always takes care of us
We have contacted this company twice in 2 years. First time, our AC stopped working and they responded same day and were able to fix our issue with no problem and we haven’t had a problem since then. This time, my husband wanted a smart thermostat installed and they scheduled and showed up when they stated they would and did a wonderful, professional job. We will be using them whenever we have heating and needs from here out. I highly recommend this company.

Clark Heating installed a new A/C condenser in less than a year ago. With the first heat of the spring hitting us, I receive a call from the tenant that the A/C isn't blowing cold. No problem, I'll call the installers because the unit is still under warranty. Multiple calls and no returned phone call to me. This is why I started using another company for the properties I manage. I hoped they would at least honor their warranty. Guess not... Thankfully, my go-to HVAC company returns phone calls, shows up when they say they will, and gets the repairs completed in a timely fashion. Turns out, the problem was a tripped breaker on the condenser's electrical disconnect. While it cost me a few bucks to get the unit repaired, the tenant is happy and I can move on to other tasks without wasting two weeks trying to get Clark Heating & Cooling to answer their phone and show up.
Very unprofessional! No pleased with their quality of communication! Do not recommend working with them at all.
