Made an appointment for AC service two weeks in advance. Rushed home from work to be there for the appointment. They never showed, never called. When I tried calling them, I got voicemail.

Our AC unit went out last night, I called CK Mechanical when they opened and got a tech to come out before noon. They identified what was wrong with the unit, presented all the options and talked thru the benefits of each, and got us up and running within an hour. I would definitely recommend them.

We were in desperate need of a new heating system, and these guys came though quickly! They took their time explaining the steps and process. After they were finished, they cleaned up after themselves spectacularly. They walked us around the house to show the new thermostat and system outside. They were great! Our house has never felt warmer.
