Joe is the best contactractor you will ever work with. His technical knowledge is superior and he takes absolute pride in his work quality. His ductwork is very meticulously planned and executed and is aesthethically pleasing / neat. He took some very disjointed and poorly done work of our previous contractor and the outcome of his work exceeded our expectations. He showed up when he said and worked continuously till it was completed. He is honest and fairly priced and is never looking to trick you into spending more than you need to. I cannot say enough good things about Joe. He is really a gem in the sea of contractors.
Joe helped replacing our heating system with a new gas boiler and overhauled all the messy pipes and wires. He is always responsive and kept his promises. Communication with him was very smooth. The job was done according to plan and hassle free.
We are extremely happy with the central A/C system recently installed for our home by CJ Mechanical and in particular, the excellent Joe Cheruvelil, who managed the entire process from start to finish. The price was competitive and the project was even completed ahead of schedule. Joe was courteous, considerate, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Due to the particular configuration of our home which is a split level, this project was not straightforward. Joe, a systematic and creative thinker, came up with a design and a plan that worked perfectly for our home. No one else came up with the same design. Our home has never felt more comfortable and we cannot recommend Joe and CJ Mechanical highly enough.
Joe installed a new thermostat into my system. Joe was very professional and knowledgeable when incorporating it into my AC/ heating system.

We replaced two old AC units with CJ Mechanical over three year period. Joseph was professional, thorough and responsive and very good with follow-ups to resolve any issues or worries. He also maintained and repaired the unit we recently replaced for two years before we finally replaced it.

I recommend Joe for HVAC issues in your home. He worked on a couple of different jobs in my house: 1) AC - fixed water drain which was clogged and replaced sensor on water pan under cooling unit 2) Heating - installed new pump on boiler He’s highly responsive and very professional.

What a great experience we had with CJ Mechanical. Joe is a professional through and through. He did an excellent job taking out our old furnace, replacing it with a new one, and updating all the duct work so that everything runs more efficiently. Reliable, knowledgeable, honest — and he left my basement cleaner than he found it! In my opinion, he deserves all the 5-star reviews he earns. He is top-notch.
CJMechanical provides excellent service. Joe is fairly priced, shows up on time, cleans up the space perfectly, and is very knowledgable. Joe also worked on my air conditioning system last year and solved a problem that had been unsolved by two prior HVAC companies.
Joe fixed my boiler. He was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got it fixed. He kept me updated on the progress and his price was very reasonable.
Quality driven for sure
Joe is one of the best contractors you will ever hire. He responded immediately when my central AC system failed. He diagnosed the problem correctly and drove over one hour to New Jersey to get the part needed! I was not charged for his travel or the part which was under warranty. His charges were much less than my last HVAC company! He fixed the AC the next day and I’ve had great air conditioning ever since. Joe is also a really good guy. Ten stars!
Joe was great. Timely response to arrange an appointment and did full maintenance and repairs. I ask a lot of questions and he took the time to explain everything he was doing with the system.

Jimmy is fantastic! He's a great explains what he says he's going to do. He's honest and straightforward. He takes pride in the quality of his work. He replaced my 50 gal water heater. He finished his work on time Highly recommended.
