Carlos came to check on my malfunctioning AC unit. They came and diagnosed that the compressor was bad and was still under warranty since it was only 2.5 years old. This diagnosis cost $75. This was on Thursday. Friday, I provided them with all the info I had including the receipt, distributor on where it was purchased and even phone numbers. They were supposed to get in contact with the distributor and start the process. Carlos said He would call them and that was the last I have heard from him in over a week. No return calls or even return texts. Can't trust this kind of person who does business this way. I hate to leave negative reviews unless it is warranted, in this case it was. I can only assume they don't want this job because I wasn't buying a new AC unit from them where they could profit from it.
This contractor was assigned to do a repair in Irvine by First American Home Warranty. The email said to call the contractor if the contractor did not call me by the end of the next business day. The contractor did not call so I called at the end of the next business day. I called 12 times before reaching a receptionist. Each time I called the phone went to voice-mail and said the mail box was full. The receptionist set a service appointment 2 days later at 1:00. When there was no show by 2:00 I called the contractor 13 times. Each time it went to voice mail and said the mailbox was full. This is terrible customer service and I cannot recommend this company for any reason to anyone.
Carlos was great! Drove out from Riverside in traffic to check my parents heater as a follow up to a repair he did the next day. Seems to know his stuff and is polite and communicates great. Answers calls and texts. Fair price. Really helpful and would use him again.
