The technician whose name is Stephen was very professional very courteous very friendly, and very knowledgeable. He helped me to understand exactly what was going on with my air conditioner. In a matter of minutes he fixed my unit and I was very pleased. I will definitely use this company again.

After dealing with headache companies that install but don’t maintain . It was nice to get a company that had the same day availability and was able to fix my problem the same day . I appreciate the knowlegable tech and there reliable service .

I had an issue from the morning at 8am, they stopped by same day 4 hours later and solved a major hvac issue for way cheaper than other local brands. I highly recommend using them and they are top notch quality

I've been a customer of Citywide since 2017 and will continue to be for all of my HVAC needs. Tyrone and his team are always professional and reliable. I first started my journey with them after my AC stopped working; while 2 other companies wanted me to replace the whole system, Tyrone noted that wasn't necessary and repaired it for a reasonable price. From that point on, I knew this was my goto HVAC company for my primary home and rental properties. That system lasted four more years and Citywide replaced it this past Friday and added zoning. The team worked diligently to get it done in one day, very impressive! I must also shout out Francyne who gives excellent customer service when scheduling and following up on an appointment; it's always a pleasant experience whenever we talk.
City-wide HVAC has a team of employees that are very motivated and professional. The pricing is reasonable and financing is available. The supervisor checked up to insuring the process was moving along smooth. Not only did they install my new AC but educated me on how to maintain a100% continuous upkeep for the best performance.
Citywide answered our call on a Sunday when our AC stopped working, and they were able to make it to our house the following day. While working on our unit, they found that the part which needed to be replaced was still under warranty, so we did not need to pay for the new part. Very helpful and friendly.

Our unit was not cooling the 2nd level of our home so it was 93 upstairs where the bedrooms and laundry are located. We had called 2 other service providers; in this record heat they were booked and could not make it to our home. I did some research and found Citywide HVAC Specialists in recommendations from neighbors and read their reviews on Google. I was impressed! I called and spoke with Ms. Francine who was gracious and professional. Tyrone came, evaluated the issue and recommended replacement. He gave us a great price, explained the problem, and he and his team were out the very next day to do the work. They were thorough and professional. We are exceedingly glad to have found Citywide HVAC Specialists and would recommend them without reservation!
