I was referred to this company though my home warranty company and I can't express enough how amazing the service I received was! Michael was the technician who came out, he was very friendly and professional and didn't make me feel uncomfortable in my home considering I was the only one home for his visit today. Our problem was solved in less than one hour and the payment process was relatively simple. I definitely would love to use this company's services again
I contacted Citywide to do work at a rental home I own. Thank you to Jenette and Shelly they have the kindest support staff in the office. My tek Daniel has gone above and beyond to provide good service. I have and will recommend this company to everyone.
It is 4 AM and we have no heat, the owner just told me "you know what, go f*** yourself" and now he won't answer my phone calls. They are not supporting the Amana HVAC system that they installed and we also pay them a maintenance package on. I am isulted and apaulled by the treatment I have received from this company and specifically it's owner. Do not do business with these people unless you want to be freezing at 4 AM in the middle of winter and be treated with disrespect. Please share.
So very happy with the service we got from Alan of All City. He serviced our furnace and returned to install a new humidifier. He was there when he said he'd be, was knowledgeable and very polite. We are a new customer but he made us feel like we've been a customer for years. I would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. Pete & Patty Russo
