Alex, the technician from CityTech HVAC & appliance repair, did a good job on my emoloyer’s stove. CityTech responded immediately when we called their office. Ellen was very helpful. Thank you.
George was the ultimate professional. Ellen at City Tech managed to get him out to us same day, even though it was pretty late in the morning when we called. George analyzed the problem and explained everything clearly. Luckily, he had the part we needed in his truck, and the fridge was repaired same day, saving a whole fridge full of food.
I had the best experience with CityTech. From beginning to end, their service was impeccable. Setting up an appointment, getting the certificate of insurance required by my building and the diagnosis appointment went quick & smooth with the help of Ellen. Once they determined it was a faulty compressor, they ordered the part right away. When the part came in, a follow-up appointment was quickly made. George, my technician, was knowledgeable, friendly, and meticulous. He really put care into pulling out my fridge, removing the back panel and putting everything back into place, after the diagnostics and again, after the repair. He made sure the work area was swept clean when he was finished. It was such a great experience with one of the best customer service support and an overall great experience. I highly recommend CityTech!

CityTech was easy to work with, communicated efficiently and came for the consultation and repair in a very timely manner. Alex was our technician and he was fantastic! Quick and knowledgeable, and in the time between the consultation and repair, he was in touch with us to help reset our appliance and keep it in use until the new part arrived. Further, he helped and had recommendations for other appliances we’ve had issues with. I will definitely use CityTech again and highly recommend Alex!!
My fridge and freezer were not working properly, so I called CityTech. Specifically, my fridge/freezer was not getting cold enough (~26F on freezer so things weren't freezing). They sent over Alex as my technician - he was incredibly kind, thoughtful, honest, professional, and punctual. He came to first give an inspection of my fridge and quickly diagnosed the issue, which was the fan not spinning quickly enough to cool the fridge. He had to order parts but came up with a great temporary solution, which was to buy a small external fan to clip onto my fridge. He came with me to the neighborhood hardware store to choose out a fan and clipped it onto the fridge. This solved the problem right away the day of. He also ordered the appropriate parts and returned a few days later (today) and did all the proper installation / fix. I'm really happy with my service from CityTech and especially from the help with Alex. Great guy and I didn't have any worries because he was very knowledgeable and honest. Will be using CityTech going forward with other issues that come up! Thanks so much for running an honest and professional business.

We are super happy with the service that we received from CityTech in repairing a refrigerator (brand: Premium). We were losing hope that there were reliable, professional and efficient refrigerator repair company around - one particular repair company in "Midtown" didn't show up to 3 consecutive appointments with lackluster excuse and reason! - but very happy that we came across CityTech. With a quick call with Ellen at the office to set up an appointment, Alex arrived early, explained the problem, fixed the issue and went on his way! There are a lot of options when searching for a repair company but if you are looking for a reliable, quick and professional service, THIS IS THE ONE!
Very happy with the level of service and responsiveness of the technician they sent, as well as their team! They were able to send someone within 2 hours, and very quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed our freezer in under 1.5 hours!

Alex was prompt, very professional, and fixed my broken SubZero fridge very quickly and informed me on how to maintain it to the future. Would 100% recommend him for any future repair and will be asking for him personally if I have any future repairs needed.

Could not be happier. George arrived within the window promised to diagnose a failing refrigerator(no easy feat given the lack of parking on the UWS). He was very professional, diligent & informative. He provided a number of possibilities for the problem ahead of his inspection & in essence, helped manage our expectations. He explained his approach as he worked and left us some 2 hours later with a fully functional, clean refrigerator & surrounding work area. We have lived here for 25 years. So we have seen a fair # of repairs. Never felt more at ease with any tradesman as I did with this young man. Truly, an excellent & most fortunate find for us.
We contacted CityTech for a diagnostic quote on our fridge, and they responded immediately by scheduling a visit the next morning. George was very professional during his visit. He patiently walked us through the debugging steps he was performing and explained the logic behind them. The issue was found to be a faulty compressor, which was covered under warranty. CityTech offered to supply the part from their inventory while we waited for the unit to arrive from the vendor. The part arrived the day after, and CityTech completed the installation. The entire process took 2.5 days with status updates at every step of the way. They even contacted us the day after to ensure that the fridge was working properly. We received excellent service and highly recommend CityTech.
George and mike arrived to deal with my washer which has stuck mid cycle. They were prompt and professional. They explained very clearly what was wrong and how they were going to fix the problem. They fixed the problem. They also checked my dryer & George even followed up with a text the next day!
George did a great job by fixing my dishwasher. He was wearing a mask and protective shoe covers even though i did not ask him. Very professional and knowledgeable. He not only fixed the problem but also gave me advices regarding right use and maintenance of the dishwasher in order to avoid future problems. Excellent Job!!! And strongly recommend his service.
My husband and I had a pretty cool experience with CityTech. Our fridge broke the day before we left for a long weekend trip. Alex came by in our absence, on the weekend, and fixed the issue that day. The new motor was more powerful than what my sensitive ears are used to, so he came back again to swap it to my liking for no additional charge. He explained everything that was broken and how it was fixed perfectly in two languages. We had a very pleasant and informative exchange during each visit.
