City cool air took over with a service contract for all the PTAC units in my building. Have had 3 units in my apartment serviced, and recently had 2 units replaced (10 year old Suburban Dynaline gas units that were the original units installed when my building was built). most recently was able to get 2 brand new units out to my apartment for installation within 2 days of contacting them. Will be relying on City cool air for whatever other PTAC repair and serving needs I have in future.

I was so pleased with the service I received from City cool air. The technicians were knowledgeable and service was done quickly. They left the site clean and orderly. In addition the office staff is efficient and understood my needs immediately. I would highly recommend City cool air for all your air conditioning and heating needs.
We are very happy with the service we received! They did a great job with the install of our new Islandaire PTAC unit and a very good clean up afterwards. He was professional and the finished works great. I will definitely use City Cool Air again and highly recommend this PTAC company!
The technician came because my PTAC unit was not working. The unit was old and not cooling. he gave me a great price on a new PTAC unit and it was installed the next day! City Cool Air is a great company, fair prices, fast service and very honest and friendly people who know their craft very well, would recommend it to everyone!
We called City Cool Air for maintenance and some repairs on an older PTAC unit. They are friendly and prompt and get the job done quickly and for a very fair price. New PTAC unit was installed within a day.highly recommend this company!
