I called Citrus Air for service. They sent out a uniformed, experienced AC Technician who arrived in a company truck. He performed a complete check up on all parts of my AC system. He cleaned the unit inside and out. I had a new thermostat installed inside too. I also purchased the annual service contract. I am very pleased with the service and have confidence in my system and upkeep. Thank You Citrus Air!
My AC was running but not cooling. Wally showed up 45mins after I called to see if he could help. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend this company. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them!

Very impressed with Angel at Citrus Air! He came out late (around 9 pm) to help solve our problem. Stopped back by the following day to make sure all was working well. All is working perfect now. I recommend their service plan. Thank you again , Angel !

Citrus Air is the company you want to use. Prices are reasonable, the service is top rate and the technicians go out of their way to explain what they are doing and why. Waldir serviced my air conditioner today and besides notifying me of his visit ahead of time, his professional demeanor and his great attitude left me smiling the whole day!
Citrus Air was the epitome of professional. To be honest they were my last resort and now they will be my first call. The owner(s), techs and installers treated us like we mattered.
Waldir was a Pro. I really want him back on my next maintenance or service. He explain everything and sold me a 2 year contract. Something that others companies never mention to me or my wife.
I called late one afternoon because my 2 year old unit (which was bought through another company) wasn't working- again. They were able to come out the next day and look at it. I also had them quote my second unit for a complete replacement. By the following week I had one working unit and one amazing brand new unit. Will definitely call them for yearly maintenance.
Waldo was prompt, courteous, great personality & work ethic. After servicing my mothers unit, he was quick to call the office for approval to service my AC as a new customer, right on the spot. My address was across the street & he was able to take care of my needs. Waldo provided expert advice to keep my unit in great condition. Because of Waldo, I signed up for a maintenance contract that day. Thank you, Waldo
