I highly recommend this company The call was placed and within an hour Derek arrived and located the problem replaced a part to at least get us up and running , He told us what else should probably be done to keep the unit running for the summer and will be back to do that upon getting the part .The prices are very reasonable Derek was so polite very sincere about what needed to be done, he was quick very knowledgeable and truly has his best interest in taking care of the customer Call this company you will be glad you did . My family thanks you again Derek.

Owning a business is much more then just doing work. I’m sure other’s would agree and would want to know how a owner of a company acts and controls himself while driving a company van. A apology would have been the appropriate route to take instead of a post saying we didn’t do any work for you. Well at least you didn’t deny it I guess!!
I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Derek and Circulate HVAC. After initial contact and a description of the problem, he was able to come to my house within 1 hour on a Friday afternoon. He troubleshooted the issue and described to me exactly what was needed to be done. Derek was prompt, courteous and thorough. The issue was corrected 100% to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend Circulate HVAC to family and friends and will most certainly use them in the future should the need arise.
After a few failed attempts at installing my own thermostat they came out first thing in the morning and got it up and running for us, much appreciated

I called Derek at 7pm on the first cold night of the fall when we realized that the heat was not working. Within 20 minutes he arrived and got us up and running in an hr. He was courteous and clearly explained what was going on and how to fix it. I recommend him highly. Very fair prices too!
Derek was very friendly and professional. He replaced our hot water and heating element in house quick and fast, he came twice to explain the problem and the fix to it. He managed to fit us in right way so we could get hot water back to the house. The new unit looks great and runs wonderful.
Derek is exceptional! We had no hot water in our home. We called Derek and he came the same day and provided an estimate and explained the entire process to me. He even came a second time to explain the work that needed to be done to my husband (he was not home the first time). He rearranged his schedule so he could fix our boiler system so we could get hot water back in the home right away. Derek is thorough, knowledgeable , friendly, and provides excellent service. Pricing is very reasonable! Him and his team are very professional and provide quality service. He even reached out to see if we had any issue or question with our new heating system. We are so grateful we found Circulate HVAC! We purchased a historical fixer upper that had no heating system and relied on space heaters. We spoke with three companies who quoted very high costs for installing a radiant heat system - the costs were tough to swallow given it included no solution for air conditioning. Derek listened to our concerns (about functionality and aesthetics), and came up with a solution to run ductwork (a challenge I think few others would undertake in our house), and install a dual heat pump and gas furnace system that will provide central heating and cooling. On top of this, we had a tight timeline for the work, and Derek fit us in and completed the work on schedule. The pricing was competitive, and Derek and his team were always professional, respectful, pleasant to have around, and always kept everything clean and tidy. The work itself was done beautifully. We've been using our new system for about 3 weeks and everything is working great, and Derek has personally reached out to check in. We without hesitation would recommend Derek to anyone who has any HVAC needs and would not go to anyone else for any future needs that might arise. We were very impressed by Derek, his team and his work. Thanks Derek!
