DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE A JOKE AND WILL COST YOU MORE MONEY. They were assigned from American Home Shield. From the time they diagnosed on 5/8 to it getting completed it was 23 days. They did not communicate at all as to what was going on or what was taking so long. They would not answer calls or text messages. Did not return voicemails and most of the time their voicemail was full. They came out on 5/19 to fix it and determined something else was wrong. Told me they would be back Monday but did not come back. Did not show up within the schedule time today 6/1 and didn’t receive a call until 5:45 when they were scheduled to be out between 1-5. Adding- they replaced the control board but the other issues they identified and said was causing the control board to go bad which caused more of a problem because my a/c won’t shut off now unless I shut down power to everything. I called them immediately Friday morning they said they would be out Friday afternoon. They never showed. They tried to blame American home shield and American home shield says that was not the case. They were then reassigned to fix the problem they caused but now they aren’t coming out. The dispatch that was requested is no longer found. Update 6/19- they still never came out. They had been reassigned but refused to come out unless I removed my review which I refused to do because it’s honest. Had a new company come out and they found that chronister had jumped wires and left alligator clips on there which is why my a/c was not shutting off. They did that on purpose. Also was informed that control board that they kept telling me they were waiting on is something that should have been easily accessible so them telling me they were waiting for it to arrive was a lie. I have talked to multiple companies in the same field and they have said they are sick of having to clean up chronister’s mess. I will never ever recommend them.

Andrew was personable and knowledgeable. He explained the warranty situation and how long it would take it to get fixed. He came as soon as he got the part and heat was fixed right before the coolest time of year. Was great service!

Was never able to get ahold of anyone. Never received calls back. voicemail was always full. Didn't respond to texts. Communication was extremely poor which made for longer wait times to have service completed. Owner was never once apologetic or tried to make it right. Contracted through home warranty company so I didn't get to choose provider. Each party blamed the other for the miscommunications and errors. A simple returned phone call from the business to myself could have solved and prevented many issues. Very disappointed in service provided. Edit: Apparently if you need a response the best way to get one is a Google review!

Felt like my A/C had issues with running constantly in our new home so I used my home warranty and was assigned Chronister Enterprises. They came within the assigned time window (pretty close to the end of it but still). Jonathan was incredibly helpful in assessing and describing what was going on. He performed a tune up and helped me understand how the things he did would impact the system. He was also able to easily identify the approximate age of my system (25 years old) right away which gave me that initial confidence that he knows what he is doing. Thanks Jonathan!

Chronicle Enterprises was sent to my house through my warranty company for a furnace problem. They are very fast and efficient. I would refer them for any air conditioning or heating problem. They had come out previously for an AC problem also.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Came from home warranty company. 1st visit diagnosed 2nd visit pretended to knock left parts in the door!! Came back and attempted to fix but obviously is incompetent and same problem persisted. Called warranty AGAIN. He showed up I saw him out the window and thought he was getting tools. Went in kitchen to make coffee came back to front door and he was gone with his card in the door! He sent a text message asking to reschedule. No phone call no knock nothing. Don't waste your time with this company.

I've have actually never written a review of a business before, but I felt compelled to recommend Chronister Enterprises after a recent interaction with their owner. In our restaurant we had trouble with a walk-in cooler. The owner personally came out within 1 hour of my call at 9pm. Jonathan quickly alleviated our concerns financially as he told us they never charge overtime, even in emergency situations. They overnighted a compressor and we did not lose any revenue while they were working to restore us back to normal operations. My staff and I highly recommend Chronister Enterprises to anyone in need of commercial kitchen equipment repair.
