Ron & Seth came out on a Saturday when my heating unit stopped blowing air. It was a bad capacitor and thank God they had one on hand. Charged me $120 and now I have heat for my family. They were on time, very nice, and professional, and reasonably priced. They were honest & didn’t try to take advantage like so many people do. I recommend them.

Mr. Christian has serviced my hvac for several years and has always been very honest, even when it was as minor as a battery...He could have taken advantage of the situation, I would not have known the difference, but he told me exactly what was wrong, changed my battery and earned a customer for as long as he remains in business.

Ron originally put in our system on our restored farmhouse 16 years ago and the very few times we've actually needed him since he's been prompt and efficient.
Ron has worked on my heating and a/c system for about 12 years now. He is very prompt when I call him and has even taught me a few tricks on how to fix minor problems myself. Great guy and quite the gentleman.
Not impressed. I helped my friend out getting a new HVAC repair service because she spent hundreds of dollars for Christian's to not fix her problem. The house was getting hot, no idea why. The fan was still coming on, and the thermostat in the house was reading the temps correctly. He recharged it - no help. Put in a seal kit - no help. Next R2'd the blower motor (which was still coming on, so I question this) - no help. Also R2'd the capacitor... (In my experience, you can check a cap with a multimeter in about a minute instead of changing it blindly) - no help. Was supposed to be there today and hasn't shown up all day. All he said was he was on a big job and would be out there later. It's been 80 and up in the house for a week. After each repair, the unit wouldn't even get down to 70. Today it was 93 in the house with pets and kids, but they were expecting him so they were afraid to leave and go somewhere cool. This was awful, and I can't believe the number of R2s by a *certified* HVAC tech. What happened to troubleshooting before you tear into a system?
Mr Christian is the best ! He has repaired my a/c units quite a few times in the past few years. I had a problem the other day , and he went out of his way to get there in 30 min. Will never use anyone else, as long as he is in the buisness .
Super friendly people. Had them replace my whole unit. They did finished the job quickly. Will use them again.
I called Mr. Christian Saturday morning. He was at my house within 20 minutes. The part he needed to repair my A/C, he didn't have. He was so apologetic. I didn't blame him at all. He promised me that he could get the part and come back on Monday. Sure enough he was calling me on Monday morning to say he was going to get the part and head to my house. He had my air repaired in under an hour and charged me a little less than the initial quote. I will certainly be using him again!
