Chris's Cooling

My family has used Chris for over 10 years and he is simply the best. From new installation, duct work, repair and maintenance in our home and rental properties. Highly recommended!!!

We used these guys thru our home warranty and they were great. They arrived earlier than expected and within 15 min they had fixed the issue and had our AC back to cooling. Fast and reliable work.

Chris's cooling is one of the few view HVAC service service places that seem to understand our fancy communicating system. We have had a few difficulties over the Years and Chris's cooling was the only establishment that had any clue of how to repair the system other than the company that installed it.

Chris is not a professional person. He took advantage of a customer when charging repairs. When I asked him how he can charge 4 times what the repair was worth he said "He can charge that because he wantes to". His business is crooked .

So polite and great customer service. We had a clogged pipe in our AC, and they redid the whole pipe because the old one was too curvy. It also had some wear and tear. He was also very prompt on our appointment time.

I don't dislike this company as I've had no experience with them. However, I called during business hours at least 10 days ago about a simple check out of my system and have yet to receive a call back. Definitely 1 star in my book.

Just purchased a home and after moving into the new home, the AC stopped working. Home warranty company sent Chris’s Cooling to repair the AC. Before even looking at the system, the technician made the assumption that the situation could be pre-existing and said the warranty company may not approve the repair. Sure enough, he reported the so-called findings to the warranty company and the claim was denied. After speaking to the warranty company, I was informed the technician did not provide correct and accurate information to them and they were sending a different company to repair the AC. The home warranty will only pay so much for the repair, and it is apparent that Chris’s cooling wanted more money. I do not recommend this company.

We recently had AC issues and our home warranty dispatched this company. We were happy with their service. They seemed knowledgeable, communicated well with me, and made all repairs needed as timely as possible. There was a minor issue after the repairs, but they came back out and fixed the problem.

On time service, very informative and honest. I not only suggest them but will be using myself for my A/C needs. Thanks.

Chris has been taking care of our heating and cooling for a couple years. He and his guys have done a great job and very easy to talk with.
