Since buying my home in 2017, I've contacted and/or hired numerous contractors and repairmen for work. Chris Martin is by far the most reliable person I've ever done business with. He responds in a timely fashion to my calls, he arrives at my home when he says he will, and he always gets the job done. He's a man of his word. True professional.
Our air went out and Chris responded right back(with in an hour). He came out found the problem, ordered the unit and came out the next morning to install. Chris is very professional and honest with his customers.
My first two experiences with Chris Martin showed me that he is an honest person. In both cases he could have made repairs and made money off of me, but instead he told me that the repairs (1) have proven not to fix the problem and there aren't any viable alternatives and (2) the second issue was an insulation problem and not a hvac issue. Because of his honesty I called a third time. His response was quick, he identified the issue quickly and promptly fixed it. I highly recommend Chris for all hvac and refrigeration issues.

Chris Martin is a do-it-right guy from the get go. Very professional and courteous. We had him come out and check on our A/C systems because they weren't cooling as efficiently as we thought. He quickly took care of the issue with no up selling of anything. I'll be calling on Chris again to handle anything involving my HVAC system.

Chris Martin is a service technician with integrity and great professionalism. We called some of the larger companies to service/repair our heating/air unit. We were told it needed to be replaced. Even though the unit is less than 20 years old. We decided to call for a few more quotes and chose Chris Martin because he responded quickly. He came out and checked the unit with a different outcome than the big companies. His honesty about what was needed and his prices sealed the deal. We are pleased with his service and will call him again when needed for any HVAC issues. We will recommend him to everyone we know.

We have used Chris Martin Air Conditioning/ Heating Company for a number of A/C Unit repair concerns and for Refrigerator/Freezer repair as well. We were “EXTREMELY” pleased with our service from the Company. It was amazing our swiftly the repairs completed. The repair staff was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We were able to repair an A/C Unit instead of spending thousands of dollars to purchase a new unit as a different Company suggested that we should do. I’ve been a loyal client of Chris Martin well over 10 years! I purchased my first home about 3 years ago and he came out and installed new and additional ducts for my heating and air system. He is very knowledgeable of his work and can literally diagnose a problem over the phone before even looking at it! Very professional, courteous and polite. Feels like I’ve been knowing him all my life. I highly recommend Chris for all things HVAC. You will not be disappointed!!!

We spent the morning calling different repair companies to come look at our broken refrigerator, and they either didn’t answer, or wouldn’t be able to look at it for a week or two. Chris Martin answered our call on the second ring and came that evening to look at our fridge! He was honest, straightforward, and very reasonably priced! Very grateful for his expertise and honestly. Would highly recommend working with him! Please support our local businesses who have heart, like Chris Martin, not nationwide franchises that don’t care.
