After getting a call from Pro AC manager, I revised comments. I was informed from the company's manager that they are overwhelm with hundreds of service calls. Some appointments have more priority than others. The company cannot honor my appointment due to high volume. The manager did offer to make it up on a later appointment. Good luck to all.

During our remodel we were introduced to Chino Hills Pro Air Conditioning who proceeded to do a perfect 2 zone system that really keeps the entire house at the perfect climate. They were courteous and worked well with the other trades. Great job guys.
After getting bids from several companies where representatives were not punctual and took days and days to submit unclear non-itemized bis, I had given up on the Air Conditioning industry. I was amazed when Chino Hills Pro Air Conditioning Service showed up 3 minutes before he said he would. His crew was able to come to my house 1 day after we accepted the bid, and they showed up when they said they would. All the paperwork regarding permits and inspections was handled expertly and smoothly. I literally CANNOT say enough good things about this business.

These people are great. Set up an appointment in the morning for them to be there around noon. Got a call from the tech letting me know he was on the way. HVAC unit was slightly low on R-22, which was corrected in short order. Showed up on time, fixed the problem on the first visit, and the charges seemed very fair. I would definitely recommend them to other people.
Chino Hills Pro Air Conditioning were very professional and explained the system when finished.The ac unit and new thermostat works well and highly efficient. Further, the technicians arrived at the scheduled time and cleaned their work area before leaving. I found their services excellent!
Chino Hills Pro Air completed a full system installation and removed the old unit! They arrived on-time (actually called and requested to begin earlier) and spent the entire day in a crawl space. Both were extremely professional and kept me informed of issues as they arose. I received a full explanation on the new system before they left and everything has been working perfectly. My furnace would only blow cold air. I figured since it was about 20yrs old maybe it was time to replace it so I was prepared for the worst. Chino Hills Pro Air Conditioning Service's tech came out very fast and was able to do a furnace repair and heater tune up at a very reasonable price and now everything is running great. At no time was I pressure to replace my old furnace and everything was explained to me very well, Thanks!

I was told by another company that I needed a condenser fan motor at my business. I called to request a quote. They came and found a loose wire was the problem and not the fan motor. I was only charged for a service call when they could have just replaced the part and fixed the wire and I never would have known the difference. That says a lot to me. These guys have won have my trust and I refer them to everyone I can. They saved me hundreds of dollars in one phone call. Thanks again guys!!!
If I had to give Chino Hills Pro Air Conditioning Service a rating from 0-10 with a 9. It started with the friendly receptionist who took my call. The service tech, was on time, informative and did his job with the highest level of professionalism. I’ve had many outrageous quotes and finally found the right company for the job. Brand new air conditioning unit and thermostat installed at a very reasonable price.
