Nearly impossible to get ahold of. The work done is very questionable. Used them through Landmark home warranty services. Wouldn’t suggest using either company at this point.

I’d like to see improved communication and reachability from these guys but they weren’t able to get the job approved through my home warranty so they couldn’t do the job. It is what it is there, not the company’s fault. We ran into some follow up hiccups but once I got through to them they offered to help fix it.

They sent out an incompetent tech (Dayton) who did not close the water shutoff completely and leaked water through the celing and it leaked down the walls and into the garage. The tech told my wife it’s fine the insulation will absorb it. Pretty shady. Thanks for the water damage. Hard people to get ahold of

Chad was sent to us through our home warranty company to replace our furnace. From start to finish it was really hard to get ahold of anyone from chill out.. from making appts to having problems. He never piped furnace run off over to the drain in our floor. Which I thought had been done, so I left and came back to water all over my furnace room floor. Called and called. He finally said he'd come out and fix it, never showed up. Then told our warranty company that we never set up a time. Called him again and left him one more message, never called back. The whole experience was really unprofessional.
